Why do I get sleep paralysis so often?

I came here giving a possible suggestion, you guys are so hyper fixated on what you think your ideological right answer is it is absurd. I am not playing an ideological game battling my perspective over yours. I'm simply saying a possibility. Part of a holistic multifaceted complex nightmare that is how ever we are intertangled with reality.

No i don’t think it’s magical at all. I said it was a time i took more party drugs and stuff. That was probly the reason. Something with brain transmitter malfunction.

I find the hallucinations reflect one’s inner state so if you’re calm like me you won’t see scary stuff

Yea the first was the scariest i thought I’m dying or paralysed or something. Do you also notice often street lanps go out and stuff?

I’ve seen street lamps go on or off a few times but haven’t payed attention to it
