Those people who look bad in the gym eat shitty food, or pissed away their prime years and try to get in shape later in life when their DNA is already damaged.

There are multiple variables at play: age, genetics, nurture, environment and so on. All play a role but personally I think nurture is a big variable.

We can see this clearly in cancer. People eat shit and don't work out and get cancer and say it is genetics. Yea, you activated the DNA strains stupid. No shit you are getting cancer. 🤷‍♂️

One can't change genetics anyway, better focus on nurture and start activating good genes and down regulating bad genes. Doc Joe Dispenza has studied this in depth. I wouldn't believe too much what Leo Gura says about this topic for obvious reasons. He is a spiritual guru, not a health expert.

Placebo effect is a real thing. The mind is very powerful and it can perform miracles!!! Very underestimated aspect of human health which I won't expand on in this topic..

Joe Dispenza is actually at a non dual level, his genetics thing is basically a strategy to attract more skeptical people and in fine the majority of people.

Nothing will prevent Willy.

“Oh wise one with the truths, please, pretty please, give them to me, I can handle it.”.

You only feed his superiority complex. Maybe he’d humble a bit if there was a little less ass kissing and making excuses for him.

I notice there’s often a flood of ass kissing after a bit of drama. Interesting. I’ll horde all the insights I have around this. Maybe I’ll let you measly commoners know about them in the future.

If truth is the guide, there's no need for ideology, right or left.

Maturity in discussion means the ability to separate ideas from identity so one can easily recognize new, irrefutable information as valid, and to fully integrate it into one’s perspective—even if it challenges deeply held beliefs. Both recognition and integration are crucial: the former acknowledges truth, while the latter ensures we are guided by it.

@AION yes nutrition plays a big role, still you can't control your height, bone structure, natural hormone level, voice, posture, hair growth, eye wrinkles, and so on so much with nutrition because genetics define that.

Show me how a balt person gets full grown hair again thanks to nutrition.

I actually had a bald spot on my crown and I fixed it through nutrition, more sleep, less stress, work out, and so on. Most important part is our mind. We can make ourselves sick with out thoughts and emotions, and you can lose your hair or even get cancer. Don’t discount the power of the mind. I wouldn’t fall for that genetics sus on this forum.

To desire it is to have it in imagination... 💫

It was always part of the work but I had a huge insight into the extent of fantasy about a year or two ago, where I saw and shed a lot of subtle spiritual fantasy I had.

I was only able to see it because I was suffering so much from health problems.

So now I teach without that fantasy. Which is perhaps why you preceive me as darker.

Congratulations. A massive break up or death in the family will do the same. In an instant these ideas we had which brought some sort of predictability to the uncertainty of life melt away in an instant. And it feels like a kick in the stomach when it hits. We see truly we are living in nature, not separate from it. Always changing. This law doesn’t bend for you or me or anyone. But this actually is an invitation to really connect and rediscover love again. If the fantasies we placed on reality which we clung to due to our false beliefs that they kept us safe, the same fantasies of judgement and limitations on ourselves also melt too. The world has plenty of corruption and liars in it. I do see you really focused on these aspects of life where people seem addicted to lying and it wouldn’t be too far off to predict that only death will set them free of their choices. But at the same time seeing the beauty in life as people come clean and survive and handle these ups and downs is enough to keep oneself from becoming nihilistic. I do see how people are different genetically and have different challenges or talents that maybe modern economics favors more. But I think seeing the inherent value in that is important. In fact looking away from this value is a lie itself.

It fixed itself without medicine by doing those things I mentioned!

But since this year I'm taking medicine and using a spray too.

Spray is called minoxidil. Medicine is called Finasteride. And I'm also using a special shampoo.

Nice. I will try those natural solutions then

The medicines I feel like would just be prolonging what I can't achieve naturally and maybe would add more stress for me

Good to know there are painless solutions
