People like this usually have an incredibly humbling event that comes along for them. Not out of spite but just the dynamics of how the world works. They either double down like Trump or their ego becomes lighter and they step back from the shenanigans.

We humans have a line of code hidden just below the surface called the thirst for power. Power can be like a drug. Can you imagine the pleasure of killing? Can you understand why it exists and feel its wild excitement? If you were in real danger of death, killing would be far superior to an orgasm. Power is a higher impulse than sex.

If you are someone who is not integral like most, power would be absolutely corrupting. It brings out the dirtiest, most false, most evil part of the human being. Power being in the hands of lying, self-conscious, and egotistical people is very dangerous. There is a thin line between people like Genghis Khan, absolute intoxicated of power, slaves to the drug of power, who completely lose their humanity and are absolutely possessed by the ego, enjoying like an orgasm when they see their enemies tortured, screaming when they are roasted alive, feeling a wild pleasure that comes from the deep, from the genetic memory of the origins of life, the wild. 

They are really a vital force, a human emergence that occurs, but triying to banalize that facet and call is "masculine", is being naive. Aggressive like talking about conquer other countries? Seems that that's is the cool nowadays , maybe interesting times are coming
