How Do I Stop Reliving My Fantasy?

I have had a lifelong fantasy that even my spiritual work can't tame. I actually found this online:

Apparently, there is a personality disorder regarding fantasizing. I don't know if it applies to me, but I would like to ask your help!

How do I stop reliving my fantasy?

You have to watch them without getting lost in them.

If you do that, at some point you'll begin to laugh at them, and they will start to disappear
