Revealing one of my secrets towards higher development and intelligence

This is a methodology I have been using for years and it works for me. 

Staring at the pictures of individuals who have embodied your objectives. I have filled my room and every place I lived with genius and saints that inspire me. There is a profound connection that happens. Science calls it mirror neurons, in the east they call it darshan, whatever label you may use is indifferent, for the fact is to know if it works. I have used this for sports, intelligence, maturity and Awakening.

I've decided to share with you the word that I use for the purpouse of Holistic Human Development. It contains geniuses from all areas you can imagine and more, here are some areas: linguistics(polyglots), military and fighters, business, health and medicine, technology, education, law and governance, physics, biology, chemistry, economics, psychology, sociology, engineering, music, film, painting, ecology, mathematics, statistics, agriculture, philosophy, religion, occultism, history, consulting, psychonauts, polymaths... as well as deities that represent knowledge and understanding from around the world and individuals with bizarre unique talents.

How to do it?

Well at the beginning of your day before starting to work, gaze at every individual. Then you start working. You may reopen it when you feel stucked in a problem or have it as a background. Before you go to bed it's also recommended to gaze again. You may also print some photos and hang them around your place.

I did a very comprehensive search of geniuses but you're invited to do your own or edit my word. As an advice, pick carefully the photo. Better if it's at their home or office and they are looking to the camera directly. Here is the word, it has a preview but it doesn't work that good, better to download and see it in the native desktop program. The individuals that appear in it have shaped the whole trajectory of our species, we stand in their shoulders to make sense of the world. They are the 20% that made the 80% of the world's understanding.

Individual results may vary. It may take months before seeing noticeable benefits.

Interesting. So essentially, transmission. But as is the case with other types of transmission, it's even better to listen to them speak or watch a video of them, and of course being with them in person, but also reading their words.

I used to listen to Alan Watts, Rupert Spira, Sadhguru, etc., every night while falling asleep. And when awake, I would watch videos of them. And I mean watch, not giving much attention to their words.

@Carl-Richard Glad other people also find meaning in connecting. I find photos best because in one shot I can have the full picture, videos are more demanding. Although of course, I use them as well.

I always keep a picture of Leo with me. Sounds absurd I know. And Sadhguru as well. 

Somehow I can't connect with people who have died. Maybe watching their videos feels like they're alive for a moment. But it doesn't have much impact on me. 

I want someone who is alive, living the struggles I'm living with and is highly relatable.

Cool idea, I haven't tried much of that. I'd argue it most likely only works if you have an extensive familiarity and knowledge of the person, their minds and behaviors --  and then by constantly seeing their pics and them being on your mind a lot, you are capable of  ( whether consciously or subconsciously)  asking yourself " how would this person act"? What would this person say? And take on their knowledge 

It shouldn't do much to just look at pictures of random people you're not familiar with, unless that propels you to research them more often

If I was ignorant I'd take extreme issue with below-average-intelligence people such as wittgenstein and elon musk not being included.

Great idea, I like the original thinking. Do you have a name for it? I also want to have pictures of the people who've inspired me the most, like Alan Watts. I'm thinking late people only because, for some reason, having pictures of living people just feels a bit weird to me. So the exact opposite of you, @Buck Edwards, lol.

Both appear. You have the word document to download. Goethe is one of the few that appear twice as a matter of fact.

None appear

I sometimes include below-average-intelligence individuals if they are extremely good at something in particular.

I cognise intelligence like a sphere, the bigger it is the the more intelligent you are. Most individuals have a basic sphere and then an area of expertise that is far more developed than the others

The more specific you get, the further in that area your intelligence and understanding will go, like blocking the pipe to increase the intensity of the flow and reach further.

My idea is developing a 360º Intelligence, although I'll have my eccentricities and areas of mastery. So I'm fine with adding in my personal list individuals who are just experts in one area of reality.

It has been used in many other fields like spirituality and learning but it seemed to click a lot with my mind's ability to connect. Psychedelics just brought it to the next level. Take LSD and or 5meo and go over the document it will flod your mind with insights, it feels like getting hit with a baseball bat in a part of the brain you didn't even know existed.

For me it is indifferent, the picture is self-contained. It's a manifestation in its own right so to speak.

Yep, I've been gaslighted many times with such arguments. It def is bizarre but it works for me and for many other people; maybe that's why it is so popular among authoritarian regimes, because it works in drilling things into your subconscious mind. Of course this technique is just complementary to all the rest of work I do, but has proven itself to be quite useful.

Why do teenagers put up posters of their favorite singers or stars on their walls? Have you ever wondered? There's something much more profound going on.
