@jacknine119 If you have absolutely no preferences and just want skills and cash, anything in sales, marketing, or trades will work for you. Otherwise, find something you're actually interested in.

I'm a student and I need cash to pay everything. In 5 years I had 3 jobs: hotel (cleaning, making breakfast, reception, etc.), bar and clothing store. Pretty basic jobs, I wouldn't do them long term at all, but they're still okay options to start with.@jacknine119

Personally, being a server/waiter years ago at a restaurant has changed my personality a ton. I used to be very shy and nervous in front of strangers. I developed lots of soft skills with people and completely removed all the social anxiety problems I had most of my life. Just learning to attend to others needs in an appropriate, timely manner helped a lot with basic work skills. It also made me enough money to buy my first car…

Take whatever job you are able to get that scores the highest on the median of these 3 axies:

1. Salary/pay

2. Convenience (benefits, how far do you live from the job, etc.)

3. Skill match (how good would you be at doing that job)

Take whatever job that has the highest average score and once you have it you can worry about other stuff later

In fact... this model is infinitely scalable, so this is also final advice pretty much. Born out of common sense nontheless, but common sense is not that common
