Of course there are risks.

But even with a trip sitter there are risks.

It really depends on how good your self-control is and how unhinged your mind gets. If you have poor self-control and you cannot discipline yourself to carefully stick to tripping protocol, then use a trip sitter.

Its an illussion during meditation i don't breath, during many trips i didnt breath either. That you don't breath and that there is air that needs to be inhaled is an illussion, it requires work , self control of the mind to understand this.

Not breathing has never happened to me so I don't know. Maybe for some it is a problem. But do you really need another person to tell you to breathe? If so, you probably shouldn't be touching 5-MeO at that point.

People say you can still choke on bile or whatever remains ? Also their argument is that you can stop breathing or trash around while being effectively unconscious of this reality ?

Surely you know what you're talking about but it seems like there's a consensus that one shouldn't trip alone ? How common is it ?

This is very important. Never ever do 5 meo with a trip sitter who never touched 5 Meo himself.

On 5 Meo you will look so dead he can freak out and do unnecessary things (calling ambulance etc).

Breathing happens automatically by your subconscious. It is just the mind who is afraid to let go. The thing with a trip sitter is that: If you think you need a trip sitter you should get a trip sitter.

@ROOBIO in the video dangers of psychedelics. 

The protocol is for higher doses. Just normal common sense. Put your gun and knifes away close windows and put smartphone away. Just everything which can harm you.
