Recently i heard that Xylitol isn’t good for the gut micro biome.

 

Which is a pity because often fluoride free toothpastes have Xylitol.

Yea it still ends up in the gut though.

Also it can be bought as sugar substitute to put into tea and delicious cacao drinks. So yea it is ingested.

I clean my teeth but I don't brush them.

Routine:

- after eating: rinse mouth with water - every meal

- clean any debris with nails thoroughly

- clean when you feel dirty during the day

- use teeth awareness to know when your dirty

Ive done this for at least 6 years.

My teeth have not changed and I have no smell at all, breath is perfect. Gf does not understand how any of it is possible.

if you have good oral bacteria you dont need to kill things in your mouth.

Why do we take urine samples to test for certain issues and conditions of the body. If urine was sterilized back to complete purity when coming from the body, these tests wouldn't be able to tell. The government has tampered with your urine by allowing for toxins in your food which then is expelled out through the urine. The body is what's being purified when we urinate and the urine is what contains those toxins. This is why it has different colors/shades and odors. Some even have blood.

I'm not sure that's a good idea. Nail beds are a hive of bacteria and fungi you come on contact with. Entire biofilms could be living there. Probably not a great idea to introduce that to oral biome

That's definitely true. I don't really have a good counter to that, I enjoy my routine too much now I don't really want to go back. lol
