4. IDK. This shouldn't even be a question, because if you're doing this right, 1 dose will blow you away and it won't occur to you to go back. You know you're doing it right when a week or two goes by, and you think to yourself "Damn, I should do more 5-MeO according to my plan, but I don't wanna..."

Guys, do be careful with this substance! Especially if you are a newbie. It can lead to a lot of weirdness.

I took me awhile to integrate the experience maturely. Since then, and I know what it is I can do it more often (which is still rare).

Anyway, when you break through to a full realization remember I said hello and thank you.

Can you tell a bit here what happened and what was weird and how the integration worked?

(I don't had a breakthrough yet so I am curious)

@OBEler I have talked about these things in the past and don't want to talk to much about it. The risk for me was my body moving around, looking around the room and being confused in the higher state. It ruined an important relationship with my old best friend and roommate. I hugged and touched him not knowing what he was and it scared him. @OctagonOctopus and I could have hurt myself on other occasions by moving around, knocking over the pipe and cutting my foot on the glass, running down the side walk when I had one of my deepest and scariest breakthroughs.  I honestly had a lot of fantasies as well that had to be ironed out about liberation and God.

Unforunately my early explorations, though mostly safe and successful had some sloppy falures. Years ago.

I share these failures from a place of vulnerability and trying to promote that being careful, mature, no moving around, not taking super high doses, not taking it every day, etc....

I am pretty mature and safe now days. I understand the experience and relax through it. Follow protocols.
