Some clarity and truths were "revealed " to me

I became aware today at 3 AM after waking up from a deep restful sleep that the ultimate truth is nothing.  No Thing.  That's It basically in a nutshell.  That's the answer to every question. Obviously I mean the big existential questions not the questions like "what did my neighbour had for dinner?"

You want to know from where did reality come?  From nothing . Where is it heading ? To nothing . What is reality exactly?  Nothing . Why there is something rather than nothing ?  Something is nothing .  Etc

You are here because you have questions right ?

I have questions too.. especially one very important question. Why does anything exists at all? And whats the purpose of life? and what is the most meaningful way to live our lives ? These questions can be answered definitively. That's not a coincidence for sure .

i already answered why is there existence..existence simply is nothing. But I'm not saying existence does not exist .it definitely exists. And what it is ..is no thing. If that distinction is not clear tell me .

the answers to the two other questions were revealed to me as well . There is no purpose to life at all and there is no god-given lifestyle that you should follow. This Is just what is the case.  I know reality seems as if it has purpose but it doesn't.

Look at how intelligent reality is..  I don't buy the naive explanations that its all for "fun and play" reasons we exist at all. Because life here on earth is not just fun and play that's for sure. Go  Suffer enough and you will spit on those ideas that life is just for fun .

Its important to understand I don't think we come to exist in vain and for no purpose in the relative level. Look at reality.. everything has a purpose.. even small insects like bees need to pollinate to help plants grow. And if you live your life willy-Nilly you are not going to accomplish much success. You will get to nowhere. But guess what ? You will get to nowhere anyways no matter what you do😂.

So..on the relative level you should be honest with yourself about dealing seriously with your life and with the complexity of life . You should figure out your purpose..and your values and live based on that . While deep down having the understanding that all of life is like one snapshot in infinity. Its utterly meaningless and purposeless from the highest picture possible. And the two approaches don't contradict each others . That's the paradoxical mindfuck .the interplay between seriousness and fun . Between nothing and something .

Please share your thoughts..questions..etc

Happy new year 🙏

You woke up near brama muhurta time, special hour of the day for the most profound perceptions/dimensions of existence. That time is so good you don´t need to meditate or do anything, just sit in the room in silence and perceptions will start open up

Oh! Didn't know about that . Did you hear this from Sadhguru ;)?

I agree though .i didn't do anything to get the insights . Its  not a mental conclusion. Its not something i know . Its something i am. the thing.is . Knowing is actually being... Let me explain....

Reading ten thousand books on astronomy explaining what the sun is won't give you a better idea about it than to simply look at the sun.. I mean the mysterious appearance.

These insights aren't known. They just hit me in zero distance between me and the Nothing  .I am it .not i know It .

Have a nice  new year bro 💔

Yes, I learned it from him but I have verified is true, if I meditate at those times is incredibly powerful, it has a more darker/ultimate aspect to it, whereas if I do the sadhana at 12.00 (noon) has a more energetic/life aspect to it for example. (this is I haven't heard from him Is just true in my experience)

Yes, knowing and being is the same.

I guess what you are is what you know.

If you know just a limited aspect of you (a body) you become a body, but if you know an unlimited aspect you become unlimited.

You too, why the broken heart though 🧐

We are so super addicted to our Intellects, that tools we have that is wrapped around our Identity and uses our Memory to function, it always wants to know how things work but its a breaking down tool, it cuts things up puts them in compartments and then we can see it, but it separates everything and when we are identified with it in a way it make us feel Separate, and this is low Level of Consciousness, Survival Level of Living and BEINGNESS, so that is not what it means to be Human, Animals and other life forms live this way and are limited this way but not Us, so its tragic really when the majority of Humans are living below their Potential...

I think the Idea of that we/creation came from NO Thing Ness is a good realization, but it is not really No Thing, its a sort of Intelligence, its non physical in nature, so in that aspect its a No Thing, but its something its just that we cannot perceive it via our 5 senses, but we can perceive in other ways, this is what the Yogis, Rishis, Enlightened Beings have been telling us for Millenia, and sharing how we too can be in touch with it as well!

Interesting.  I too like to meditate or contemplate in the evening.  I'm a night owl.  Something in the darkness makes me calm and philosophical hehe .

Agree . Because you appear to be a body you believe that you are a body .

@Someone here its the witching hour.

Its creepy but I like to watch horrible horror movies before going to bed to generate nightmares . And waking up in the morning.  What is odd is I didn't dream that night . It was deep sleep all along .and the entire universe was nothing.

The word nothing is the perfect description.  You can call it God or infinity or pure consciousness. These are synonymous. But the problem with the other words is you have preconceived ideas and connotations/mental images for them . Whereas the word nothing doesn't seem to create any mental image in your mind .

Similarly, my most spiritual experience so far came from a dream I had 7 years ago or so...

In my dream, I was sitting on a couch with friends in a living room, when my friend next to me wanted to show me a video on his phone. The video was of an industrial factory farm for cows. It immediately zoned in on this calf, and immediately after that my consciousness was transported completely into the calf. I suddenly was the calf in this industrial factory farm...and all I felt was the most pure and intense fear I have ever felt. I was essentially a confused, terrified, and lone calf not understanding the horrors of what a factory farm is, just feeling the pure and utter lonesome fear of it.

I was only this calf for what felt like a split second, when rapidly my conscious awareness snapped back into my human body on the living room couch. I essentially started having what felt like a seizure, my arms were shaking held up in front of me, and my awareness was becoming clouded in a pure white. My friends started freaking out around me and one of them even started doing these strange hand/arm movements in front of my field of vision...whatever she was doing it felt like she was trying to get me to calm down.

The bright whiteness became stronger until it was all my consciousness was, and the words "All is One, All is One, All is One," kept chanting from somewhere...I don't know where. My head quite actually felt physical piercing pain from the intensity of the experience, the whiteness was so painful that I finally woke up and started to feel around my head, to which the pain stopped.

---

To me, everything being "one" can be the same as there also being "nothing" I suppose. The fear the calf experiences in a factory farm is the same fear I can experience in a similarly unknown and morbid place. There is no difference.

Yes, I stopped eating beef for 4 years after that (not that chickens don't experience the same fear, I'm sure). Not that being vegan felt like the main theme of the experience either. Rather that what separates our conscious awareness from everything else around us is artificial. In reality, there is no boundary. Reminds of a video where Leo said we can think of consciousness and oneness like a house...what separates the bedroom from the living room is made up, in reality it's all connected.

Is reality "zero", or is it "one"?

@Someone here Yes. No-Thing. No-Thing that you have to fight for, conquer, worry about. Very interesting. In the morning I had such a dream. I go down the stairs, in my old family home, I enter the living room where there is a bench and sofas made by my father. The whole family, all the deceased ancestors that I know are sitting at this bench and laughing loudly. They are watching some cabaret on TV on the beach. The host in swimming trunks invites the guests to something like a wobbly platform like a see-saw. They enter from the beach side and then they have to keep their balance in the middle so that the platform does not tilt towards the sea. Then everyone rolls and falls into the water and the waves throw them ashore. All this is really very funny and I feel that I am living laughter together with everyone. Suddenly, together with the whole family we are on this platform. We fight to keep our balance laughing louder and louder. A huge wave comes, washing us off the jetty, which, carried away by the water, is thrown far ashore with us. At this point I burst out laughing. I honestly can't stop laughing, everything is so absurdly cheerful. I haven't felt so light and free in a long time. There is No Thing I have to worry about. Freedom😊.

@ricachica  hi . Oneness is a facet of reality at the absolute level . The Same thing that is conscious of this present moment in me is whats conscious of this present moment in you . There are actually no solid  boundaries between anything in the universe. It's all one soup of isness. Yet it appears as if the world consists of discrete objects. But that is just optical  illusion which can be dispelled if you take psychedelics .

Beautiful thanks for sharing . This brought to mind this passage from Robert Adams:

"What is this world? It's as if you just woke up from your dream and you still remember the dream. In the dream you were going places, getting married, having children,
getting older then you wake up and you halfway remember the dream and halfway remember the world in which you wake up. So which one is real, the world or the dream? It
has been my experience that they're both alike. There is no real difference. You attach
yourself to this world, in the same way you attach yourself in your dream.
If you were dreaming and you dreamt you were falling off a mountain and I was
falling beside you. And I said to you, "Don't worry, nothing can happen to you, you're
dreaming," you wouldn't believe me, you would be filled with fear and you would say,
"Can't you see we're falling, can't you see what's happening, how can you tell me I'm
dreaming?" Just before you hit the ground you wake up, and you laugh, "It was all a
dream." In the same way you have attached yourself to sickness, to health, to good, to bad,
to happiness, to unhappiness, these are all concepts. You've attached yourself to person
place or thing. You have forgotten that this is a dream. You believe it’s real and because
you believe it’s real you suffer accordingly. When you leave your body you will have to
come back again and again and again, all part of the dream, until you become detached.
How do you do that? By simply observing what's going on around you and not
attaching yourself to it. By being awake to your reality. Understanding yourself that you
are not the doer. Everything that you do has been preordained. It will be done. You have to
let go mentally of all conditioning, of all objectivity. And you must still your mind. Make
your mind placid, like a motionless lake.
Then reality comes of its own accord. Happiness comes of its own accord. Peace
comes of it own accord. Love comes of its own accord. Freedom comes of its own accord.
These things are synonymous. They happen without you ever thinking about them. But
first you must get rid of the notion, that I am the body, or mind, or the doer and then everything will happen by itself."

Be still and know that I am God .

🤍🙏
