2 Main Lessons

-I deserve unconditional Selflove. There is not one aspect of me, not one thing I could do that would make me undeserving of Selflove and selfacceptance.

-It is not about being confident or charismatic. It is about being real. I am learning to own and embrace my current experience instead of clinging to ideas how I should be and trying to manipulate reality to move in the direction of these Ideas.

Mindset can only take you so far. It doesn’t change the raw physicality of it.

Things take time.

We avoid pain at all costs.

This is a very tricky one. I think the saying "things aren't what they seem", applies to this one. I think we actually need the pain to feel alive, to make us feel something. Maybe not need, but I can't think of a substitute word - maybe create. Regardless, you get what I'm saying whether you agree or not. I seriously think humans create their own pain just as a motivator, to keep the personhood alive and to say, see I'm alive and it's like a motivation engine to keep going. Where's the motivation when everything's going well and nothing ever goes wrong. It like keeps us on our toes to not internally die and reveal the true nature of nothing.

I want you to seriously consider this. Have you ever noticed how most of us will say we're suffering, we suffer, spirituality helps suffering or however we mention the word and whatever context, but very few ever say what they're suffering or what their suffering is about. Just the mere fact of admitting one suffers is enough for the motivation aspect. Think about this. Don't even respond. Just from now on notice how the word very rarely comes with it contents of the suffering, but only that I'm suffering or I don't want to suffer. Observe this from now on. And in case you say people don't want to air what they're suffering about, that's bullshit crap.

I don’t know if I agree. Regardless it’s very difficult to appreciate pain in one’s life that I find for myself.

I added to my previous comment. Plus it's not done on a conscious level. I'm not saying we actual do this on purpose.

Ok. Just note that human behavior is very complex. It's genius, actually. So genius we're not even aware how much. We will make ourselves broke on purpose just so we find the strength to keep working. I want you to think about that statement deeply. We will self-sabotage just so we create a problem to fix to feel like we have a life and that life is revolved around us.

You always have so much to say. I’m impressed by it. I’m the opposite my mind is blank a lot when I try to come with replies

Lol. That's funny. Well, that's your genius playing it's role. There's a payoff there for that energetic pattern. Get your ass in a bind or an emergency and we'll see how blank your mind is then. It's genius, I tell you.

You’re right it wouldn’t be so blank then

Just like how the body knows what to do (digest food, grow hair, heartbeat, pee etc), the mind knows how to survive it's own illusory nature. It's very cunning. So cunning, it's hard to outwit. It knows what it's doing even when it seems like it doesn't.

i spent a lot of time developing my ideas and contemplation abilities. i think mine got pretty decent over the years

however, i am shifting my focus to being all in on embodiment. i feel like my development and life mastery is 100x more important than the quality of my ideas (while still important). i want max level embodiment

@Princess Arabia I relate to this in that sense, that the ego needs drama to survive. With the drama the ego has something to do and certain things to hold on so that you get relieve from pain or Self-Sabotage yourself Even more in that story of pain (drama).

No pain = no drama = no ego

Motivation works in 2 ways:

- away from something (pain)

- Or towards something (your Dream or so)

Motivation from pain is much more Common (My subjective opinion)
