Let me begin..

For me the biggest lesson was about god. There is no God’s plan for you as the ego. He won’t come and save you just because of faith. It was very painful, embarrassing and humiliating to admit I was so foolish in that regard. God only helps the powerful.

It was a bad insight . That basically life only gets worse as you grow up . Idk why .but the more I grow up and mature I discover the ugly face of life . We were in absolute heaven when we were children. My anxiety rises in tandem with age . Also experience fatigue and accumulated stress took a toll on me .and like I said the older you get ..it gets worse .

I had to relearn this lesson the hard way: some people really are bad apples and you can’t change that about them. Psychopaths, sociopaths, all these type of anti-social personality disorders are out there and you need to be cognizant of that and not give them an opportunity to hurt you by being naive.

1. It is possible to come to complete acceptance of pain and difficulty in life.

2. Ego backlash occurs.

3. If you implement a few habits at a time patiently, it adds up to great progress in the long-term.

That no matter what you are going through in life, there is always a divine orchestration playing itself out, and how well we can surrender to what is, is how well we flow with the waves of consciousness taking us anyway. That surrender can also be non-surrender. That you are still you.

God is always helping and supporting you by the action of you helping yourself. When you align with your heart you align with god.

- always when my biggest fear came up, fear of existence, I looked it straight in the eyes. Now I dont fear that Fear anymore

- Not knowing exactly where to go and experimenting with life is normal. Learning that something isnt for me is also really important.

- money is Not important for me as I thought. More important is to find my niche and being content in the Now.

In my youth, my dreams were vast: becoming a musician, a successful businessman, a bohemian, a public intellectual, a diplomat, a world savior. But as years passed and the irreversibility of my choices became increasingly clear, each decision narrowed my path, honing in on who I truly am and what drives me.

Now that I'm halfway through my 20s, the reality of my finitude struck me deeply. I realized that I alone am responsible for the life I create, without a divine plan guiding me. The notion that a higher power justifies my choices became increasingly childish and irresponsible to me. Instead, I recognized that my own will is divine and shapes my destiny and ultimately echoes throughout the entire web of reality.

I've also become a lot more chill in the sense that I've come to accept that I can't do it all, and there's no shame in that. All I can do is do me. So I really started to appreciate other people doing their thing and giving their gift.

It's not only impossible to predict the future, it's also completely meaningless. Since the future is not about what there is to come, but what you perform it to be. I am very free to belive in false things, and let my thoughts and ego control my being and life. But i have to get more in touch with my morals, and belive in it. Where i get a moral insight of truth, the second i start to discuss it with myself, and the rational ego takes over, then i can just dimiss it. From this nothing happens, which is what i belive to be the major problem, since also nothing good happens. I have been rejecting myself for many years, and followed my toxic rationallity, with all the caviats. something I'm glad to be conscious of today, and whish to continue to work on in 2025
