Sometimes I've wondered whether I experienced something in this wakeful reality or in my lucid dreams...Lol. but it gets scary if I can't tell which was more Solid reality, Lucid dreaming or Waking reality. Thank God I can still feel this one as Rock Solid🤣

Sometimes upon waking up from a lucid dream I can't tell if it's still a dream, they're scary vivid but you can't be in THIS reality for over 5 seconds without realizing it, but I'm saying those 5 seconds can be pretty mindblowing.

True, Sometime this year My dream state seem to have merged with a real-time event, SpaceX was having a Starship text Launch, didn't know it was happening,  but early in the morning I experienced what felt like a Trance/remote viewing, I saw the Launch, and upon waking up I saw the news and videos of the Launch all over YouTube. I was like Wow wait what!

How do you guys lucid dream?
I tried getting into it and tried different techniques but didn’t commit too much because I didn’t see any big results from it. 
I get very vivid dream but not to the point of lucidity.

It can take months of practice to start having them. 

Lucid dreams are very fun but the problem is that you almost completely forget them during sober life. 

Did you guys find ways to keep the memories and feelings of the dreams?

Because I have so many of them. It's always like oh wow another one..., but the dark side is that; you are careful that waking life still remain more real and solid than the Lucid dreams.  I do know how to make them even more real and vivid. But I can't since I don't want to loose this solid and real dream so to speak..

I have sometimes mixed my lucid dreams with reality and I have had trouble making the distinction. Sometimes it happens.
