6 posts in this topic

I’m currently journaling about the topic of lightness, ease and effortlessness. Feel free to share your thoughts with me.

Here are my thoughts about this topic:

What does it mean to live with more lightness?

  • Worry less
  • Letting Go of Contro: Trust in life
  • Move with eaze and effortlessness
  • being high in energy
  • Don’t carry physical or mental burden
  • clear and calm thoughts

How to life with more lightness / eaze

  • Get good highquality sleep
  • Feel your whole body all the time. Good Body awareness
  • Be aware of the room around you
  • Move with lightness
  • Act as though you life with eaze: Dance, Jump around for fun
  • Detox your gut
  • Detox your brain
  • Fasting
  • Light Diet, Less Fats, Less Fibre, Less heavy indigestiable foods
  • Spend time in Nature and observe the effortlessness of tress and birds. Trees grow to greatness without tryharding
  • Surround yourself with lighthearted relaxed people
  • Avoid heavy information input like News (especially in the evening)
  • Set less rules without flexibility: Veganism, Sugarfree, Everydays, always,   => Go from 100% consistency to 95%
  • Become aware of how Life works out exactly the right way
  • Use Psychedelics to see the beauty and ease in reality
  • Practice QiGong, TaiQi and KungFu: Practice of effortless movement
  • Observe your thoughts and look for truth

Ease is a consequence of One's Inner State of Being, this is what it means to Establish Your BEINGNESS, which is the first act we should do before we do anything else.. What You mentioned above are all good starting points, it will lead to Ease in Life Experience, as well a good Yoga practice, asanas, pranayama, and kriya practices too!

Karma Means "Life is my Making", I am 100% responsible for my Inner Experience. -Sadhguru..."I don''t want Your Dreams to come True, I want something to come true for You beyond anything You could dream of!!" - Sadhguru

Lower your standards for the things that don't matter and get clear on what does matter (there isn't much).

Knowing the difference between map and territory. Only consult the map when necessary.
That's similar to your point of feeling the body. This anchors one in the present moment and reminds one of the territory.

Choosing the right people to spend time with, especially partners.
They should have similar values, ideally not chase money and luxury items and be willing to grow themselves.
