5-Meo and SSRI

I had an individual approach me, he wants do do a breakthrough dose of 5-MeO.

 

He takes a daily dose of 10 mg of Escitalopram. He wants to possibly reduce it to 5mg before he proceeds.

 

Any experience / fact based knowledge here? Is it possible or adviseable to do 5-Meo while on SSRI? How dangerous is it really? Will the 5-Meo even be efficable, or will its effects be dampened or canceled out by the other drug? Is it nessessary to get off them completely before attempting the divine revelation pill?

No one can answer this but it is very likely okay and safe with proper harm reduction. I would recommend skipping the dose for that day until later on in the evening, it will then serve as a kind of 'landing gear'.

Try using some sort of translator or AI to make your post more understandable.

 

You don't want to mix such chemicals with SSRI's or anything similar.

Even if it doesn't result in some bad chemical reaction in your brain, it can give you a sense of insecurity that can lead to a bad trip.

Don't do stupid things.

Could be a potential death sentence. I know they are far more dangerous to mix with things like MDMA, but 5-meo is extremely powerful. Its not always the chemical-interaction that you have to be looking out for, there is more to it on an energetic level that can end your physical reintegration.
