Going beyond conceptualisation and starting to create more solid things rather than just triggering more thoughts. 

As for now, jumping into action, as in providing goods, has been my biggest struggle.

Low amount of will power, spending too much willpower on things and ending up at 20%, default setting takes over.

By things, that'd be work but also issues with focus in general, trying to learn something while being distracted by other people in the household every now and then makes me give up, after trying to many times to do this and giving up i fear to try it again because i know i'd be distracted and give up.

In my opinion, the main 'challenges' would be

  • Overcoming low willpower
  • Achieving peace of mind
  • Removing old habits and adding new ones
  • Balance between learning theory & action (I'm full with theory, but in most cases i do not take solid action)

Biggest obstacles are:

Staying on track.

There are times when I feel there is absolutely no point in pursuing self actualization. I thought I found my life purpose, (to make other people better) but I am a failure. I think I only make people worse. Therefore, I get discouraged.

 

Unworthy.

I don't feel like I am worthy of a life filled with joy, happiness, and enlightenment.  Maybe I deserve all of the bullshit and drama in my life. I subconsciously love to be punished for something. Don't know what it is, just feel like I deserve it. What did I do in my past life?

Belief.

Can my life really be better? Maybe everyone was dealt their hand at birth, and there is absolutely nothing that can be done about it. I hope not. I want to change so bad. I want to be a better person. I want to care. I want to love. I want to help others. I want to be self actualized... I don't truly believe I can do it.

This. I find it incredibly difficult to do literally ANYTHING because of this. I don't know why, but it bothers me A LOT. Don't know how to deal with this.

Biggest challenges :  1) Self discipline

                                   2) Scarcity mindset

                                   3) competitor mindset

                                    

Nature of failure:       mental imagery and self talk leads me back to addictions and a negative spiral takes place with porn, junk food, criticizing,                                             jealously,etc.

Action                 :       mindfulness, hypnosis, affirmation visualization

Obstacles           :      lack of discipline to take the necessary action. Upper limit , homeostasis, fear of success, fear
