Hurt is not the word. Own up to your own hatred and resentments and realize it's about you and the thoughts you're entertaining. That's all. I have resentments too, but I don't project them unto the world because I realize they are only thoughts. Thoughts that has nothing to do with what I resent. I work within to try and overcome them. I try to see things differently and from another perspective. It's a constant work in progress but has nothing to do with the outside world. The person inside is delusional and it is constantly being seen through when I realize it's a construction, programming and conditioning. Reality doesn't see me. I see it as revolving around me, as is the case with just about everyone. We have taken it personal and it's not about that, it's how we perceive it that's the problem. Even with you, I've done the same thing. I've made you into a problem that doesn't exist but only within the constraints of my own being and ways of thinking. You have also woken me up to realize my own delusions and how I respond to outside stimulii. Totally and utterly delusional.

There's nothing wrong with feeling angry at people rejecting you. You have to be careful about how openly you express that because people get pissed. A lot of dudes that get pissed a lot of the times it's because they're toxic alphas who are pretending to relate more to the women than the man because they see you as easily manipulatable meat that they can eliminate and not have to compete with. But if a girl rejects you respectfully you don't have to be enthusiastically "Oh my well that's your right and I'm not entitled to you!" you can just be like "eh, bye" or something. If she disrespectfully rejects you, you don't have to supplicate either.

Talk to more and more people, it's something I have to get better at myself, but you just walk around where there's a lot of people and act like a sociopath. Talk to people about random stuff and don't let them see how much you hate them or how much you want to cry or any of that.

life is a game, and you can choose to make the pursuit of pussy either a main quest, a side quest, or leave the quest on the job board

and think about this- you have such a limited amount of time on this earth, why sulk for even a single second , for ANYTHNG? 

You're basically outsourcing your happiness to the women you approach- why give them that control????????? 

you should either continue approaching and use their rejections as feedback/signals, OR just go cold turkey monk mode

but you should not allow yourself to be embittered by women

also, be persistent with the game, NOT with any one interaction. If she shows disinterest, move on to the next approach IMMEDIATELY (exception being is if she's not opening up due to a visible lack of trust, which you can assuage)
