Its true I didn't see your other comment, and it wasn't a comment on your diet at all.

I was merely saying as someone who lived off grains for 14 years as a big part of the diet, i've learned to cook rice, pasta, couscous, and quinoa deliciously. Just recently i've upgraded to a proper rice cooker dedicated to it and with the right herbs its better than fluffy bread.

Also, I am not American not that it matters.

I did have a rice cooker already over 15 yrs ago. Grains do taste good.

Is altruism inherently more truthful? Its essentially just a different kind of self-bias if you think about it. Many vegans feel sorry for animals just because they are cute and tend to prioritize inividual welfare over collectives, like for example releasing mink into the wild. Those same mink then end up destroying the ecosystem, driving multiple bird species into extinction.

Compassion can get really stupid and untruthful and by that extent many vegans are stupid. I argue that vegans prioritize their ideals over truth.

Vegans are weak, their diet is insufficient, and can't be healthy. For example, there's this vegan soyboy called Dave Leduc who gets his ass kicked every time he gets on a ring in what's considered one of the most violent martial art types in the world.

Your sample size of one doesn't impress me.

Not as i've got more energy than the 20 year olds I work with, even with this blasted insomnia, and I am still gaining muscle mass.

If you eat what you need you get the results you need, that's it.

Okay, sarcasm off.

This man has been repeatedly the world champion in this brutal fighting variant. When the point being made is that a vegan diet is not good, sufficient, or healthy, and vegans are painted as weak or worse, but then you got this guy kicking ass like that, well, I'm gonna bring him up to the conversation, because he very well debunks those erroneous claims and accusations pointed at vegans. Of course, there are thousands of more average vegans that prove the point as well, like maybe you, but this one is something else, man.

It's still just a sample size of one. Maybe he's a genetic freak, one in a million, and maybe he would have won even more if he ate meat.

What you want to do is look at the general population, especially people that start to get older, and you will see that vegans tend to look more unhealthy.

As I said, I know he is just one sample, but there are thousands of more average ones as well. He does prove he can achieve those peak physical levels and achievements in a totally plant-based diet, he lacks nothing.

The thing is, the more it's studied scientifically and seriously, the better results vegans get short and long-term compared to any other diet groups. It's the opposite of what you said.
