Just got too high off weed

In this case I would open a window and breathe fresh air. I would eat something sweet and maybe stretch/focus on my breath.

How is it going? How are you feeling?

Do some box-breathing: 4in 4hold 4out 4 hold. Also in my experience weed is really good in enabling you to realize that you can just put your anxious thoughts off. Just get into silence, it is possible! Your anxious thoughts are not reality and you will get back into normal state soon.

Depending on what you mean by “too high” I will sometimes just give into it all. Which for me means becoming absolutely paranoid and terrified of everything in my life but then I come back and realize it’s not all so bad after all.

@Flowerfaeiry yes use weed to see there is a part of your brain that is tricking you i to getting scared and see everytime you smoke too much it starts going and its always okay after. Then when sober see the voice again and call it a liar.

Eating helped me to come down in the past. Sugar or fat. Pizza, sweets, etc.

Other then that - one option is to play video games, it might distract you until you're good again.

Black pepper, CBD oil, lots of fruits high in Vitamin C and B-vitamins can help bring a high down. A nice cold shower and big heart meal too.

Well okay, you can't beat it in this lifetime it's a losing game.

 What's wrong with weed scaring you? When I am scared by something I try not to repeat it

 

For example I have chest pain I think its coffee use affecting my heart, I stop the coffee use for now

The dosage method/strengths of flower I use will erk anyone, it's expected. Weed would be shite if it didn't have that. Tobacco would be better on every front
