Loving deeply isn’t about chasing perfection or proving yourself.

It’s about showing up as you are, honestly and openly. The more real you can be with yourself, the more space you create for genuine love to flow.

Love is a lower state of consciousness.

Someone said it simply. You are everything, including these things. Including everything out there you've ever labelled bad or negative.

@BlueOak absolutely. AND there is something to be said about states of joy and loving kindness and their importance in the higher evolution of our species.

@Flowerfaeiry I have similar thinking. It’s what draws me to IFS therapy this most.

What else really is there of value in this life?
