"...forget about god, existence is enough unto itself..." lol he differentiates reality and god and bases his atheistic rationale on the premise that god would not allow extreme suffering. However he describes reality anthropomorphically as a personal and conscious being. Leading to the conclusion that he recognises god in reality but just doesent call it god (likely because of the religious connotations the word has).

No one is going to be like Osho. He was a genetic freak.

osho seemed kind of like a fool with it in that wild wild country doc. he crashed out after his go to girl left him and was fuckin with drugs with some sketchy people.

lol. kinda funny

all the documentaries and media always tear down teachers its a rite of passage. the fact that he swears indicates that he doesent mascaraed and pretend to be some lofty role model. the fact that he literally keeps it real is a good sign. there never being any chaos is a bad sign as reality is characteristically chaotic when it must be

@Actualising Its good You have a good example to live up too, I would investigate all You can on how to be like Osho, watch all his videos, contemplate what he is saying, do some of his practices, and see what happens.. Don't listen to anyone about what is right or wrong, be Yourself BS, just get to be like Osho as much as possible, what comes of it will be what comes of it, naturally Your own expression will arise and come forth for all the see!

Osho was just too woke to give a fuck about human affairs.

It's like asking a human to care about the affairs of baboons.

I get that, but he doesn't seem very enlightened when he's so shook about that

Maybe the doc spun things a certain way, but he didn't come off very enlightened to me. He seemed to have a lot of corruption and attachments

These are not mutually exclusive.

@Actualising Very good question. I owe my spiritual success to osho above all spiritual material I have come to. Osho initiated me into the Truth and guided me towards enlightenment experiences.

If you want to be like osho, start by doing less. He lived a passive aggressive meditative lifestyle. Start to have less and less to and give more time to your well being, rest/good sleep, enjoyment, meditation and reading. Then also stop socializing so much, coming to forums, using social media and exit the matrix mind as much as possible. Just try to stay a whole day without doing nothing literally. From nothing to meditating as much as you can. Slowly get used to this lifestyle until it becomes your new reality. I’m supposing if you will be doing this, you are aiming towards enlightenment. I copied his lifestyle when I got started into spirituality at 18 and had much success in tasting the truth. I couldn’t done otherwise, since it’s like the easiest and surest way aside from using psychedelics. All other methods require more skill, knowledge and balance. With osho style you can just go your lazy way towards enlightenment, resting on bed meditating 24/7. It feels like a resort. I miss those days intoxicated with bliss.

Also, read his books, his articles on his website and watch his videos from time to time to feel his silence.

Well clearly I have more to learn then, because that doesn't come off as higher being from my perspective.

Everything is a cult, this thing here is a cult and within it are sub cults, there are the pure ones that do no psychedelics and go via the sadhana way, there are others that don't do that and do the psychedelics only and try to find realization, and then there the non dualists, and such, it goes on and on, everyone is their own cult of sorts, so Osho didn't really have a cult, the ppl there made it that way, same with Sadhguru and all the others, no matter what You do, unless you do it totally solo, they are cults sooner or later...

I listen to him sometimes..I think he is a likeable guy.. but also I think he used tons of drugs/psychedelics at the end. Talking like him is easy to me under the right amount of my favourite plants.

It's not about talking wisely anyway.. it's about you really feel .. peaceful?

Exactly. His people were attempting bio terrorism too. I don't see how an awakened man can allow such things to happen.

Well, seems that he didn't realize that because he was living in his own world, but that own world seemed a world of narcissism and idiocy, not a mystical enlightened one. He was a brilliant philosopher, but ultimately a clown
