During a powerful LSD trip, I came to a profound realization:

All of life, all that exists - I created it.
All my suffering was my choice.

I am both the murderer and the murdered.
Destruction and creation are one.

The harder the shell of the ego, the stronger the suffering must be to crack it open and let the light in.

Suffering is real and can make you miserable, trapping you in a cycle of lower consciousness. But from a higher perspective, pain is irrelevant - a tiny, fleeting experience among infinity.

At the same time, the creation of this life is an unimaginably intense experience.
