Here is an interesting idea. I recall the earlier conversation about brain fog and mental health we had.

Last year I worked with someone who was experiencing mild depression and extremely severe brain fog. Nothing we did seemed to be doing much until I found out he is a vaper, we took it out and within days his brain fog lifted and the lonmger he was off it the beter it got. Even his focus and memory improved. The last I checked (he is not a client anymore) the fog hasnt come back

Food for thoughts. This stuff is probably quite toxic for human brain, we just don't have the evidence yet because it is too early in the global usage and not too many cohort studies are running.

I know we bash a lot on medication on this forum but compared to medication which is one of the heaviest regulated industries in the world, there is little regulation in vaping so you might as well be inhaling heavy metals and industrial chemicals up your blood brain barrier with each puff.

Was there nicotine in his vape? Nicotine is a stimulant but at the same time it is a vasoconstrictor.

It’s also supposed to help mitigate alzheimers risk.

It could also be a reaction to the glycerol or some other liquid carrier.
I've never heard of anyone having brain fog after smoking, personally.

Great nuance in this comment.

Also great work lately with raising awareness on this health issue.

Although my diet is probably very different from you (lots of meats), I agree with pretty much 100% of your words across all threads.

You are great at highlighting the common enemy (harmful compounds) without being too rigid about what's good or right.

You have a balanced take on meat for someone who leans plant-based.

Thank you. I try to have a balanced approach with everything I do - most things, anyway.

Gosh

Vaping is fun though.

Sometimes i’m at a beach, drinking a coke zero, vaping a coke flavour vape.

But all those chemicals are God too right?

Wtf is a coke zero. A coke with no coke. Lol. The stuff they invent. Then we wonder why we're sick.

No the nicotine itself

"Nicotine is an addictive substance found in tobacco products that can act as both a stimulant and a relaxant. Nicotine is available as gums, inhalers, lozenges, nasal sprays, and patches, and is often sold as a smoking cessation aid. While tobacco is unquestionably dangerous—and smoking tobacco likely increases the risk of dementia—nicotine therapy may offer protection against cognitive decline or dementia, though the evidence is mixed"

It’s just diet coke for men i think. Because diet coke wasn’t manly enough or something.

Yea i wonder if the vapes in Europe are as toxic as the ones in the US. Because many food additives etc. that are allowed in the US aren’t allowed in Europe.
