Why? You think pork is better than a ribeye? 💀

Yep my favourite fox ; I prefer a good slice of fatty pork from the back,  especially cooked in an airfryer (it preserves the tenderness of the meat very well) than a ribeye. The taste, amount of fat and texture in general is also perfect for lots of recipes.

Ribeye is a bit overrated, it's good with garlic, butter, and only slightly cooked on each side.

Medium rare ribeye is the best.

I like pork too , to be honest. Every year my family celebrates a friends birthday and they always buy fresh pork and lamb that has been cooked on a pole, spinning around if you get what I mean. It’s the meat with the skin. It’s really good.

The guanciale in pasta carbonara was really good too. It was fatty and tasty. And the ribs you ordered were good too. So I could see how you’d like pork more although I don’t know which one I like more.

For some reason beef seems to me healthier than pork although I don’t know if that’s the case maybe just a bias.

Could I ask you perhaps @Michael569 What is healthier beef or pork or would you say they’re equal? I know some health fanatics that eat beef but avoid pork

Living in Japan? Niiice !! I loved Japan, best country i've ever visited. Hope you enjoy it.

I would be more attracted to Thailand.

Better climate, food, women, spiritual traditions, architecture, economic growth, trade laws (very protectionist but also very liberal, there is even tolerance on certain drugs (THC) and steroids are simply on sale over the counter!), sport culture…

Japan has a population of old people because men prefer to masturbate to octopus hentai, or have to work, than to hunt.

Because pork is fatter and cheaper, it’s also seen like a food for big peasant so young and sporty people tend to avoid it for leaner stuffs.

He will probably say pork because of heme iron or something like that, but very mixed with various points because it's still our Michael.

Hahah I know you’re joking but I didn’t mean him. I wonder what he eats though. He is a special kind, he scares me a little with all that brutal training though.

Cool.

Think to send a photo to your french wizard simp pocket.

What do you use it for?

For some recipes.

I can just cook it in a pan with onion, kale or what else and eat it with white rice.

What do you mean because of heme iron?

It a form of iron supposed to be particularly present in red meat. It’s supposed to be very bioavailable but also increase risks of cancer at least in high dosages.

Eheh.

I saw a video of him one day where he explained in substance he is not an ascetic and like eating fast food sometime, that he eats well but still is chill with that.

You’re saved.

You should watch the craziest videos where he explains his first 100 mile race:

I’ve heard this story so many times. He ran so hard he got kidney failure due to rhabdo. Broke all the bones in his feet etc

Japan has a population of old people because men prefer to masturbate to octopus hentai, or have to work, than to hunt.

Thailand is cool but its become too touristy, too fake, too polluted.

A bit of overview that you didns ask for

  • Bangkok - , awesome , diverse, massive and super fun to explore but growing expensive and filled with old men with young women. Food in here is slowly losing quality with the influx of American tourist who don't care about high quality food anymore. Also streets are insanely polluted  and often filled with rubbish, rats and cockroaches
  • Phuket - don't go to Phuket, we've lost it.
  • Krabi & surrounding area - beautiful but becoming excessively touristy, expensive, polluted and turned into Bali. Although if you can visit Rajjaprabha, one of the most gorgeous places I've ever seen. That was the best part of Krabi.
  • North
    • Chiang Mai is okay but nothing special.
    • Chiang Rhai is worth visiting and climbing Doi Luang is worth it if you are into that sort of stuff, few nice temples.
    • North west  is amazing. The closer you get to Burmese mountains the more spectacular it gets. If you can do the Maeo Hong Son loop, caving and Phang Mapha and explore the jungle, absolutely do so.
    • North east is less interesting, it is underdeveloped and poor. The nature isnt so nice. The sky temple was spectacular tho
  • Koh Samui  - nah.
  • Koh Phangan - nicer than Koh Samui and worth spendign few days exploring the far side. I got a budhist Monk's blessing and a linen bracelet to seal it so the stage purple of me loves to wear it. I did Muay Thai in the main town that was nice.

architecture - yeah there are temples everywhere ut they often feel....fake? Monks on iphones, stray dogs, plastic bottles and a lot of them are decadent.

women - yeah, well if you have money and feel like risking STD. Or do you mean the one with the extra leg?

spiritual traditions - to some extend but lot of it felt fake. But if you go off beaten path, you'll find some cool places.

drugs, steroids, - well if you wanna end up dead or in Thai prison anal gang raped, then knock yourself out. There is a massive crackdown on drugs in south east asia and if you are caught, you'll fucked.

disclaimer - I never lived here long term just 4 weeks as a tourist.

Spoken like a true ignorant. You enjoy your hentai don't you ;)

No, you have to see Japan. I can't describe it to you, its indescribable. It feels almost like visiting an Alien planet.

My most memorable experience is hiking for 4 days in Kumano Kodo, spending overnight in god-forgotten villages, bathing in Onsen in the evening and having a dinner in Yukata on a tiny table from about 20 different tiny plates. We walked about 100 kilometers in that time. It was the most spiritual experience of my life and I think I left a part of my soul in those Khii mountains. ( @RendHeaven highly recommended if you have time)

Yeah...Japan is something else. Thailand is come and go but Japan will stay with you.

I don't know. Its not something I ever looked into. Most of people I work with need to eat less red meat not more so it was never really an interesting question. Maybe do a cost per calorie analysis with cronometer. Or cost per gram of protein.

Or just ask AI to analyze it for you :)

I know that Thailand is affected by third world problems such as pollution, unsanitary conditions, prostitution etc.
For some reasons i don't know anyone who has been to the south, not Bangkok, nor Pataya, nor Phuket (what's the pb with it btw ?) nor Koh Samui etc, but i know several people who have been to the north, including one who lived in Chiang Mai for a while, and i have good feedbacks.
I plan to go to Thailand one day, maybe the next year if i have enough time/money ; Probably in chiang mai.

I simply prefer, my megalomaniac jokes aside, the climate, the gastronomy, the low cost of living, and yes the women.

Indeed Thailand has lax legislation on cannabis and steroids are sold over the counter, I'm not the one who invented it.
