Thoughts on the 2 supplement stacks I've made with chat GPT?

24 posts in this topic

Focus and Calm Stack (6–8 weeks):

  • L-Theanine: Daily (optional on rest days).
  • Lion’s Mane: Daily.
  • Bacopa Monnieri: Daily.
  • Ashwagandha: Daily or 5 days on, 2 days off.
  • Optional Psilocybin Microdosing: Every 2–3 days (e.g., Mon, Wed, Fri).

Rest Period (2 weeks):

  • Stop all adaptogens (Ashwagandha, Bacopa Monnieri).
  • Continue Lion’s Mane and L-Theanine if desired (these don’t require cycling).
  • Pause psilocybin microdosing during this period to further reset.

Rhodiola Rosea Stack (4–6 weeks):

  • Rhodiola Rosea: Daily or 5 days on, 2 days off.
  • L-Theanine: Daily (optional on rest days).
  • Lion’s Mane: Daily (optional for synergy).
  • Optional Psilocybin Microdosing: Every 2–3 days (alternate with Rhodiola-free days if overstimulation is an issue).

Rest Period (2 weeks)
Repeat Cycle: Return to Stack 1.

@Something Funny What is your goal with it?

Did you do it? What are your experience? Preferences on supplements are highly subjective.

I tried a few of yours like ashwagandha and lions mane. First one didnt affect me at all and with lions mane I had a bit more awareness. Didnt do micrososing of psilocybin - how much do you take?

I am doing L-Tyrosin and Microdosing Iboga for 30 days for balancing my mood and dopamine system and it works extremely well.

It’s very individual.

I didn’t do good on Rhodiola and Bacopa for example. Rhodiola gave me agitation/anger and Bacopa kind of lowered my mood etc.

@Leeo_SA yes, I am taking them, but without mixrodosing at the moment.

It's hard to say what helps and what doesn't because I take everything together, and I also don't feel anything special. It just feels kind of solid, I guess.

I think it makes me less anxious and prone to procrastination.

My goals are: dealing witg adhd, anxiety, procrustination.

I would like to try those as well. Have no idea where to get Iboga though. I see that you are from switzerland, do you get it locally or is there some international website?

Idk, sounds sketchy. But I will look it up, thanks.

since those Substances Are illegal, I cannot think of another way which isnt sketchy...Even if you have a dealer, you never know for sure what you are consuming. For this case I Like switzerland. There is public authority avaiable, where you can test your substances for exact ingredience.

@Schizophonia @Michael569 adhd, anxiety, and procrastination

Good food, good sleep, and "dopamine detox" is the efficient, holistic way to go.

@Michael569 I wouldn't say it's anxiety "attacks" per say. More like overthinking and catastrophising think which then also ties it into overwhelm and procrastination.

Basically, I easily get super anxious and overwhelmed even by very minor things, and procrastinate because of it, I guess.

For example, this year I've been very paranoid about procrastinating at work. There were multiple times where I thought that I am completely fucked, worrying that I will get fired or fail in some really catastrophic way, and almost had a nervous breakdown and quit myself to prevent it. But every time nothing bad happens and during the yearly review last month I got "exceeding expectations" grade from my team leader, lmao.

This example is fairly big, but I can do the same thing about smaller stuff like fixing a bike, or selling my old clothes, or applying for a residence permit, etc. I will get into these stress spirals, being anxious 24/7 and procrastinating even more because of it, only to find out that the thing I was worried about takes a few hours to do and is kind of enjoyable...

This is the constant theme for me.

So it's not like I actually have too much on my plate, even though this can also be the case sometimes, but it's not the main factor.

Do you think nervine route will be better for me?

For ADHD two additional components of potential interest are Omega 3 and Vitamin D.

I've started taking those recently. I think it helps, but it's hard to tell because it is all so subtle.

In that case you would want to go down nervine route as an alternative (Passiflora, melissa, lavender, schisandra, chamomile etc...those sorts of things) to calm things down.

My grandma actually used to give me valerian pills, almost daily, when I was a kid. Because I would also stress a lot or be over active or something, I am not sure. I don't really remember what effect it had on me, if any, because it was so long ago. Does valerian also work in the same way as the plants you've mentioned?

But I can't do it. That's the issue. I am trying to find something that will give me a leg up and will allow me to sleep better, eat better, do a dopamine detox, exercise, etc.

You do what you want but supplements are just a crutch.

But otherwise the best supplement i know are :

-Cerebrolysin

-Semax

-NSI 189

-Dihexa

-Methylene Blue

I have never heard of those. Can you actually by them or is it some niche/restricted stuff?

They are a bit hard to find you can by inquiring on reddit and other websites. These supplements rather act on neuroplasticity and neurogenesis rather than neurotransmitters, they have a medium/long term effect on cognition and humor.
