Respect On The Forum

I want us to start taking note of how we approach what we share in the forum and how we use our minds. 
 

This forum is generally very casual…. However, it is at its core a personal development/ Spiritual Development forum. 
 

I think the forum has come a long way over the years in terms of how people treat one another but I think we can continue to grow. 
 

I’ve seen some rather disrespectful threads, and posts recently. Let’s do our best to be respectful to people who come here. It’s a small, generally anonymous community of people so how we treat each other goes a long way. Whether users are coming or going, align with our views or not we can always come from a place of general respect. 
 

I’ve seen posts recently of people judging and criticizing artists/ musicians who aren’t on the forum as well which I think isn’t fitting for this place. Ideally this forum would respect artists even if they come from a new age background, or whatever. Think about how backwards that is. Artists work hard to put their work out and people just crap all over them. 
 

This note on respect, as well as Maturity is a good reminder for users and mods alike. At the end of the day we have a choice of what we say, how we think and what we share here. We can either spread stuff that pulls this forum down, or lifts it up. I include myself in this reminder. 
 

This forum is a unique and rare opportunity. We live at a time when Leo is alive, and this forum exists. Each of us here brings something unique to this place. Take some time to reflect on what you are grateful for.

Really, you should only comment if it adds value to the forum. That should be the rule.

Some people are too identified with their thoughts and get overly ideologically and argumentative here. It is a problem if you can't have a modicum of chill.

This Forum is quite unique, even users who you might assume are nobodies actually have amazing backgrounds stories. Every person I met in real life from the Forum has left a lasting impression of how unique our community is and how little we value it.

That's good but you're not going to control the flow ultimately there will be a lot of crazy shit.

@Inliytened1 Respect isn't about control. 

In this case, it's setting an example, as Mods we should do that. It's about the conversation, and holding space for respect for one another. And, really anyone on the forum.

It's also, inherently challenging at times.

@Yimpa Hey man, I hid your post because it’s essentially trolling my thread. I know you like to be funny. But, going forward if you could not post trolly pithy, silly posts on my threads especially of more serious nature that would be ideal. 

We all use the forum. It’s also these types of silly responses which have little value. People know what respectful behaviour is. They also know what it’s not. It’s just they often find themselves in a state of agitation or goofiness. Essentially, low quality consciousness.

I beg you let's eat fat coconuts, cause saw a lot of people turning into femboy recently on the forum can't complain still unsure if that's a cross related topic.

You can't because that's all cultural apprehension there is no universal way to show an unicorn in a world or they are only dreams.

Humans conflict all resolve in violence and power dynamic.

Ego always solve conflict with violence and power. Because in reality there is only enforcement of one hallucinations over others. 

Respect has many form. I never feel offended since I understand that all offenses is self harm.

 egos want to bury the fact that it is a rapist and a murderer. He will violently ask things from others, behave X and Y.

Has only good intentions of course.

Hitler too only had good intentions and never saw his own evil.

The world is only filled with Hitler. All ego are Nazis. There is no Nazi vs non Nazi. Everyone is a Nazi.

Everyone is evil the same, it's just happen that some are born in a better part of reality that allow acceptance of others doing it by proxy.

I don't distinguish any one better or more evil. I think this aswell is another trick of the ego. 

It will play whatever game in town is needed to keep being an unconscious monster.

Start to take notice of how you feel when reading people’s interactions, and reflecting on your own. 
 

Was that respectful? What is respect? Why be respectful? What do I lose or gain from being respectful?

@puporing Perhaps a direct and respectful communication with that person could help things. I wouldn’t take Criticism of Christians are an insult to you personally. But, given what I know about you I can understand how that is challenging. What could you do to establish a more respectful line of communication?

Not really. But feel free to participate in enforcing your dream and be rude and disrespectful to anyone who doesn't share your ideas. 

Maybe you failed to grasp how respectful I was by being too busy using my fork to sting one of your legs instead of eating my food.
