Enlightenment is not about Insanity

But to me, insanity is when One can't understand itself. Consciousness not knowing what is going on, not knowing what it is, how anything is happening, no frame of reference to what is being experienced. That is terrifying.

Also I think insanity is connected to stability. Right now, reality is stable. What is, right Now, appears tangible, it has a backstory, there is an understanding of what is happening. Nothing is 'happening', just 'me' in 'my room' on a 'computer'. It feels peaceful. Insanity would be no stability to what is being experienced. Consciousness wildly creating, without solidness, without any backstory to be able to understand what is happening. Infinite intelligence, infinite power, creating without any bounds, and no way to understanding what is being experienced. That, to me, is insanity.

The Better word to use is Chaos, Insanity is not the right word to use in this arena, going Insane is not the way to Realization or Enlightenment or whatever You call it.

There's lots of Chaos in nature, but it's a controlled type Chaos, it has boundaries and all One has to do is ride the Boundaries, once You do this a few times then its like Surfing, You play with it as You Please!

Insanity is when you have a very profound mystical experience of no self while also having chakras not aligned.

In other words, if you are not feeling overwheliming love and bliss you're doing it wrong.
