Enlightenment is not about Insanity

@Breakingthewall Everyone still has their own definition of enlightenment. I define Enlightenment as the overall expansion of your consciousness, which has no endpoint.

Hehe enlightenment is opening yourself to the absolute. Expansion is relative, don't you see it?

@Breakingthewall Opening up to the absolute is also a relativistic process. Existence is already absolute, it's just about how much of it you are allowing yourself to experience, which comes down to how expanded your consciousness is.

Expand conciousness is something relative. It is real, but relative. Opening yourself to the absolute is something that is in another domain, it's not dimension, experience or movement, its realizing what the reality is, and it's something that can't be thought, because it's everything, absolute. It's not an state, it's a openness. The states happen, the absolute is.

@Leo Gura I just now tapped into that aspect of consciousness. Holy shit it's insane, fear needs to be cleared out before I would recommend anyone get anywhere close to such states, if ever, its absolutely indescribable.

I've tapped into those states before and the best way of describing it is that its a complete and utter annihilation of your sense of reality. In order to traverse such states, one would have to have a very good understanding of fear or else it would be very dangerous.

It's like you tune your consciousness into a stream of an overwhelmingly intense mindfuck. I don't understand what that state even is or what the point of it is, where it leads, etc.

It's a state of absurdity, shattering of reality, emotional shock, existential upheaval, cognitive overload, etc. It's definitely not pleasant. This state could be a reflection of the profound misalignments of human consciousness. Theoretically you could align your state enough where you could traverse the state in a potentially healthy way, without the fear.

Insanity is a domain of consciousness which could be explored.

Of course you don't wanna become mentally unhinged. Which you could if you explore those realms too much.

Is insanity just a way in which consciousness starts behaving if it becomes "unbound" enough? it's like no part of the mind can be correlated to another anymore.. each of what consciousness is one moment, is then infinitely "different" from it is in the next moment, a process of continually shedding all "set markers" the mind has on itself because of how creative its becoming. Like a dream getting infinitely more and more obscure at a pace so quick that it doesn't allow you to grasp it any more?

Honestly, I don't see it. In first video he said that you have to be fully focused, but he don't talk nothing more, in second, that it's your true nature, that if you remove the accumulation of the mind it's done, anyone could say such things, very easily. He doesn't explain how the mind closes and why, he never talk about the relative, the movement, the appearance. For me, it supposed that I have to believe in him because many say that he's enlightened, but I don't see it in him at all

Yes.

Perhaps a better way to look at it is to realize that sanity is just an island within an ocean of insanity. That island is where most people live and dare not step beyond.

You've developed a huge bias towards him for some reason, its blinding You right now that is all, no matter what anyone says or what he does, or whatever You won't get it, and its not about seeing it in him watching a video, that is not where it is at nor what he is about, but many think that is what he is, when he gets approached nowadays and ppl say I watch You (Sadhguru) on Youtube, he says that is not Me...

Anyways, if you do the Inner Engineering course, he goes into much  more details about the Mind, Sound, Desire, Life and such, but here is one more video You won't get, what the hell eh:_)

@Leo Gura Would you say that the "insanity" you are talking about can be described as tapping your consciousness into a current of a profoundly intense mindfuck, all sense of reality being annihilated? I have a certain level of mastery over fear so I'm planning on exploring such states more, to see if I can integrate it and experience it more in a healthy and grounded kind of way.

@Leo GuraTwo people I know described to me that in their unique cases they their minds became extremely focused on the moment before their psychotic breaks and then their mind fell into extremely dangerous delusions. From their descriptions it sounded like higher states and the delusions as reaction from trauma to it, like a switch and you are absorbed by thoughts. But it depends on the causes and by no means does that mean that every case is like that and the concept of it lumps a lot in one pot together and it can get far more weirder.

@Yimpa I think I tapped into it like an hour ago for like 5 seconds. If you have any experience of it can you describe what you experienced?

No. It's much more fundamental.

It's more profound than that.

It's a new domain of consciousness. A domain beyond human comprehension.

No matter what a human thinks or believes, that's not radical enough for insanity. Insanity isn't happening at the level of thoughts and beliefs, it's happening at the level of reality itself.

@Leo Gura I tapped into something, that I've tapped into many times before for only a couple seconds. I cant even fully remember the experience just minutes afterwards. I'm such where I see no other option but to relentlessly confront anything that generates any kind of fear or unpleasantness within me, so that I can clear out any fear.

I am slowly, but surely open to breaking rules that have bound me in human form. I am realizing that these rules are creating a reality that is extremely narrow and limited. There are all these assumptions that are passed down, and we blindly follow them as if that is going to lead us to safety and peace. But, upon further reflection, this is what is actually keeping us trapped and lost.

Anyway, I am not insane right now. Still just an intelligent human. Just jotting down my current observations. Take it with a grain of salt.

Thanks for sharing.

To anyone thinking of traversing states such as Alien Insanity, I recommend having sufficient mastery over fear because this is a state that can activate fear like nothing you have ever faced before. I would say the goal of such a state would be to expand your consciousness, let go of fear, and integrate that into your overall state and understanding of consciousness. You just have to be very careful because it can be dangerous to activate fear to extremely high levels, without knowing how to let go of it. I wouldn't recommend this exploration for the average person, you need sufficient mastery over fear.
