Just to play devils advocate because I am not a solipsist at all, the border is the boundary of the physical body or astral body I would say... You have to define Consciousness in this context.. What is not in my perception does not exist correct? I do not know what is going on in Your life and billions of others, its not in my perception so it doesn't exist, but do You exist and the billions of others exist? If not then why all the fuss about Israel and Gaza, Ukraine and homeless ppl???

my own theory, but:

1. MKultra was a successful government program and still operates today, but for the masses

2. Bluelight from iphones is a low-grade level mindcontrol, dopamine farming the central public to reduce actualization

3. REAL MKUltra experiments are going on NOW, and will become intense as psychedelics are legalized across the nation. Think about it for a second, why would the government in their right mind LEGALIZE Psychedelics? (hint, they found a way to plant thoughts and ideas into people actively tripping, like inception) 
 - with the invention of new iphones, 5G, and iridium tech, when someone is actively tripping they can become a targeted, "modern day" mkultra individual. It's weird tech, i'm talking out of this world tech. Nothing like the general public has ever seen before. Probably operating on a different emf spectrum where the mental plane resides.
