Yeah, only if you live in the mind, past and future which doesn't really exist. It's a blessing for the stories you tell yourself and the egoic structure. It's energy passing through that the mind holds unto and recontextualizes the thoughts that appear and rebuilds a new story.....until it collapses again and the loop continues.

@Jehovah increases Everything I say is a metaphysical concept you can pass through any stage at anytime. You don't have to suffer but its a stage. If you explore a stage you gain experience. This is the closest realm to hell you want to suffer here its the closest you can get without falling in.

If you notice the word suffering ends in -ing, just like walk-ing, danc-ing, talk-ing, ski-ing, laugh-ing. It's an activity. Do you call all those other activities a blessing. Maybe, but only if they've served a purpose for the body like make it stronger. You can also break your leg while skiing and stub your toe while dancing, was it a blessing then. So you see, it's all just activities and the blessing is only when it has served it's purpose within the story..... until it doesn't.

@Princess Arabia Yes the best part of suffering is it is unconcious thats why we can be thankful for it. Because we dont know we are doing it. Its not something that we do God does it to us. Its not created for no reason. God has created suffering for a reason.
