Leo what is the diffrence between Solitude and Solopsism?

I would like you to publish a video on solitude if . you are comfortable. By the way what is the difference between the above two ? Is Solopsism more spiritual concept and Solitude more personal development oriented ?

Go into your room, lock the door, turn off all technologies, close the curtains and shut out the world. That's solitude. The neighbors will still be there.
