Currently on lexapro and Abilify

If anyone has had experience with lexapro and Abilify in combination, let me know. I want to know if I want to continue taking it. My psychiatrist prescribed it for my anxiety, depression, autism and mood swings.

Let me know if it helped you in some way and to what extent it has helped you with your symptoms.

I have seen 2 - 3 people in my life go from very nice people to angry and heavily disturbed physically, mentally and emotionally numb by these drugs and drugs like them, I would avoid all synthetic pharmaceutical drugs at all costs, they destroy lives, there is plenty of evidence online.

There are so many better Natural approaches and herbs that can help. However, a change of diet and lifestyle is the greatest importance.

As above so below, as within so without.

Also not a fan of abilify. Made me very miserable. Like insanely unhappy. They gave me a mood stabilizer instead. So far so good.

Abilify does help me with nightmares and with my autism. It increased my suicidal thoughts though.

That is not good. If I told my psych that they would try something else.

I wasn't suicidal but definitely felt hopelessness and despair.
