@James123 You cant meditate if you haven't come over the fear of death. You will block yourself out with fear. The fear of death will naturally come to you if you try. Kundalini always happens at the bottom to the top because thats how it works it hits 0 and 0 is infinity.

Idk about these stuff. But I agree with 0. Moreover, I let go the fear of death with help of meditation (long sitting in darkness and silence).

Completely agree. It doesn’t make sense at all that there would only be one life in ALL of eternity. If this life could happen, another life could happen sooner or later too. Another POV could be born again just like this one, from nothing. Doesn’t require a “soul” or something to transition. Even if there might be such a thing. But life and consciousness could literally come out of nothing at all in eternity, an infinite amount of times

Is all One Life but It lives through Infinite ways of expression (human bodies, and other things).

Your body and mine are separate but the Life that gives life to these bodies is the same.

I sit around 7-8 hours straight. My wife told me. Because, there was no time after some point.

@Sugarcoat the universe goes all in on one person. It sucked itself into your mouth when your body was born. The entire universe is playing itself from inside your body. It can go into another body the body is just an automaton robot like a transformer.

You have to be. You are literally killing yourself while alive and that's the path.

@Javfly33 got news for you buddy ..you aint going nowhere..you will never die as consciousness (not as Javfly33). Yes you can destroy all forms. But you cannot destroy the formless..because its already no thing and no where. ALREADY!

This doesn't depend of me.

That’s a pretty intense way of looking at it, It’s true. I look at it as realizing you were never alive to begin with and thus the “death” of the limited identity is an illusion. The realization that I was already dead was pretty shocking to me.

Anyone who might be turned off by the understanding of the “death” of the limited identity, it’s a good kind of death because it’s just transcending the limitations of the limited identity and realizing it was never alive to begin with. You also realize there is no such distinction between life and death, it’s just one thing.

The “death” of the limited identity allows for all of the benefits of the physical personality/ego without any of the limitations or constrictions, it’s a positive thing.

This was one of the things I had alot of trouble dealing with when I was scared of dying. Logically you are already dead all your memories are already gone you are gurantee dead. Nothing in life matters because its like you don't exist after. Why am I fucking doing anything here then and why am I even here? I don't enjoy living and I am terrified of dying. I was stuck mentally for 25 years not having an answer and one day when I decide to end it I got the answer. I don't exist to die.

Now I am 36 with the mentality 15 year old cause I dissasosiated for 25 years and accomplished nothing. Except the most important thing to see God so worth.

@Hojo That's good to hear. You might still have some remnants of the limited identity that are perpetuating the 15 year old mentality. My experience is that once you clear out the limited identity and have a fully boundless identity, your mentality starts to also become boundless. It's like you start acting from infinite intelligence more and more as you continue to expand your consciousness.

@Da77en Def still have anger and resentment against my family. The idea of having to relive that again does not sound appealing to me.

Anyone else ever spiraled in their mind thinking about all the possible horrible reincarnations that could happen feeling scared? No? Just me?

@Sugarcoat I don't think the reincarnations you take are going to be entirely the result of the fear you might be in before you die. It should happen more as a reflection of your overall state.

Any experience you have is generated by your beliefs/definitions.

What ?!

Is the Existence that seeks Liberation, not you or the ego.

Personally as an ego I would have preferred that my life would have been as an anti-spiritual as possible 😂 But seems someone else set this up for me, in other words, this life is not really mine, is in the hands of something that wants to Realize.

So is not really my choice, as SG says, I´m just a slave of Shiva.

I don’t think the next reincarnations have to do with that
