Are all religions based on conspiracy theories and lies?

25 posts in this topic

All Religions came from what we call Spiritual Beings having Enlightenment Experiences, then passing it down to others for them to have the same experiences, but when this happens Humans begin to organize and compete with others then it (the Original Experiencer and passing it down to others) becomes distorted and not what it is originally for, it becomes the opposite of what it was meant for, corrupt, anti Truth anti Reality, ego dominates, separation rules, like we have today in the world...this is the result of the one's learning not being in the same state of Experience as the Original Experiencer, each one learning is slightly different in experience and understanding due to Karmic Substance and Influence, and therefore not exactly the same, so distortion is brought about because of that..

I am very skeptical of mystical experiences being real.

Do you at least believe that it's possible to induce profound states of consciousness using psychedelics and/or meditation? Out of curiosity, do you have any personal experience with either of those methods?

I can totally understand if you're skeptical that a mystical state is anything other than an illusion in the practitioner's mind. It's silly to expect you to believe otherwise when all the modern trappings point you to that seemingly obvious conclusion. And there's almost no point in trying to convince you using text on a screen. It's one of those things that you need to experience for yourself and then decide whether it's you who is crazy or whether society at large is mistaken. The answer could be shocking and unexpected.

None of what you said necessarily follows from what he said - So yes, you can infer that, but there are other things you can infer from it as well. I like to give room for others to state what kind of conclusion they try to establish, without assuming it.

All religions are in some way true and mainly , or for the mass, absolutely false, since their objective is not the opening of the individual to the absolute, but rather his adaptation to the social machinery. They all basically function around a punishment/reward axis, and their objective is the castration of individuals to make social commitment viable. Buddhism also works like this through the idea of reincarnation.

But at the bottom of all religions there is a kernel of truth: dilute your ego and you will find the absolute. Well, not all, the Nordic or Greek mythologies do not seem very useful in this aspect, but surely there would also be mystics then. In Romans Jupiter could be understood as the absolute for example. Manitou the same, and I guess that in all of them there is a core of truth
