How To Plan/organize Your Self Actualization Work

Many times you talk about to many different things we should do, meditate, concentration, contemplation, visualization, strategize, self inquiry and more.

That's a lot of things to do. Could you make a video where you give very practical tips on how to organize all this and prioritize? I feel that I get overwhelmed and I end up doing nothing.

Maybe you can give examples of schedules depending on time availability and depending if we are newbies/intermediates/advanced? This would be tremendously helpful.
