The truth about your astral body/consciousness

So i travelled like 850km to my guru to get some lessons in meditation, after 2 days i came back in the morning and  went to bed at like 9:00 am.

When i fell asleep suddenly the black screen started disappearing and i started becoming conscious of my physical astral body in another room, the first thing that i felt was (true unity/ecstasy and that i could finally openly breath again without restriction, i say true unity because you don't feel/experience solipsistic energies like you can on your trips. The second thing that i instantly felt is connection to consciousness/god, meaning the realization that came was: EVEN THIS ASTRAL BODY IS MY PHYSICAL VEHICLE, I'M A VEHICLE FOR GOD/CONSCIOUSNESS. As i started becoming more aware and conscious of this astral body, the high vibrational energies started becoming a bit too much as they kept increasing. I lift my right arm up and i could see through it, the arm was aesthetically pleasing and had veins running through it, but those were not veins anymore but vibratory energetic lines the astral body was just the blueprint for the perfect human body. I could zoom into these vibratory veins, and when the zooming happened i zoomed in from consciousness/reality and not the astral bodies eyes. As the energies kept increasing it became too much because of the sudden transition from lower energies to such godly energies.

 

The astral body is physical like your human body is because you can still interact with everything like picking up a cup and so on, and it's being projected outwards like you looking through your eyes now!! I also had an experience where i witnessed myself travelling/doing whatever inwards within myself but i wasn't aware of my astral body it was just consciousness.

I would say that this physical astral body is a combination of inwards/outwards like it's becoming 1 thing, and this is where you can access all the infinite physical creations.

 

After this experience it became obvious that it's pretty much pointless to research/understand god in this meat suit, you can say that we just do it for fun.

Any tips on how to do this by volition? I've done this a couple of times but never by intention.

I think it's a combination of prayer/practice/guru, i've never put any effort or thought into it. It happend by itself, and it happening after my guru visits felt like it was pre planned or something
