Reducing amount of times I touch myself — a journal to normalcy

Masturbation is not healthy for me. It will always have control over me unless I go back to being normal where the serious idea to masturbate happens once every month or two. I’ve had a point in my life where I did not masturbate for half a year. There is no such thing as forcing myself to abstain. There is no such thing as struggle. There is just me going through the days with a focused mind that is present and not hyper sexualized. And that’s how I was able to go six months. This journal is an attempt to go back on that path. However by discussing it or focusing on it, this will probably be a self-defeating journal, since the secret is to not have any care or put any attention on masturbation. The attention should be focused on being present in the moment and having a mind that is calm—not hyper active and bored, but peaceful and distracted with meaningful things to do. We’ll see if I’ll be able to replicate my old success and change for the better. 
 

To begin. All thirst traps must go. Will be installing an ad blocker where I can manually block elements within a page permanently if it is a tempting image. Apps like X, even though I have the settings to where it blocks inappropriate material, I should not be using. This is going to be hard since the internet is spammed with beautiful women everywhere, but I must block the images. 
 

I’ve probably lost the moment I decided to document this, but eff it, why not?
