Nothing to get

69 posts in this topic

Its only the conditioned mind/ego, which believes there is something to be achieved or understood.

It's convinced that liberation is in the future. It never stops trying to attain it. It only stops when it believes that stopping, will increase its chances of getting it (which isn't actually stopping).

The search is completely futile and ridiculous.

Liberation is not a physical object or a better state of mind to reach. It's not an understanding or attainment for an individual.

It's 100% out of reach for the seeker because it's the revelation that the seeker and the sought do not exist in reality.

Nothing is attained except the revelation that the very one seeking, is an illusion of self.

Gotcha,

Yep, I've heard that name. 🫶

It's a desperate attempt by an illusion, to get what it believes is missing.

But nothing is missing, Its only an illusions misunderstanding!

I agree but be careful that the mind does not convert this into something negative.

How can an illusion be so strong? Why is it so difficult to “see” the truth?

What would practically change about your life once you "see" the truth?

"Nothing to loose" is much better discovery than "nothing to gain". Despite be the same coin, feels better, kind of a relief. Conceptually at least, imo.

Reality is an illusion itself. Ego is not separate from reality. Ego or you is the universe, which is an illusion.

İ am very sorry to say this but, if you identify yourself as body and mind that's beginning of the path.

There will be no more you. You will be freedom, empty and lover.

Definitely. There is a different between knowing the path and walking the path.

Everyone inhabits the "wrong" part of the mind, the part that implements that then maintains that there is separation

In separation you can experience being boss over other versions of yourself

Can be fun but doomed to end badly no matter how amazing you do

The answer is to stop bossing everyone

Start seeing them as yourself no matter how different you made them be

Part of this awakening will be there is no bad people or bad actions

Blanket universal consistent radical forgiveness is thus how you hasten this whole process

Make them perfect since they in fact are - apart from your faulty perception

Enlightenment is not realizing that you are an illusion, or that this is complete, or anything else, it is opening yourself to the total reality of what you are, which is veiled by the apparent movement of relative reality, the karma. It is an action that requires stopping the movement of the mind and opening the barrier of the heart
