Good Post!

I think his 3 pillars in the IE program of This Moment is Inevitable, This Moment is all there Is, and Response Ability is the best way to have a "Friction Free" as You say, I call it a Stress Free Life which is the foundation of any Spiritual Path, if Your always Reacting, being a Slave to outside situations, then Enlightenment is not in the cards for You! Peace and Ease have to come first, then it will happen most naturally I think!!

@Ishanga For sure, when one gets into reaction mode to the outside, one is basically becoming 'bounded' to memory.

While a conscious response is based on the present experience of your intelligence (chitta, consciousness, etc) 👍

So basically reaction response is just a slave of memory (being a slave of the cycles)

and Conscious Response is evolving and making conscious steps towards your ultimate Freedom (Liberation/Mukti) 🙌

Fear is just a thought

Yes, but avoid moralizing causality.

Look to Trump to grasp the essence of karma - not as some moral law of the universe, nor as a divine judgment doled out by a righteous god.

Karma, in this sense, is not about punishment or reward but the mechanics of action and consequence.

Trump is the quintessential New Ager, fixated on positive thinking and manifestation. His singular focus is on being rich and famous, and that’s exactly what he achieves. He gets what he wants because he’s the master of causality.

“Did you ever say Yes to a single joy? O my friends, then you said Yes to all woe as well. All things are chained and entwined together, all things are in love; if ever you wanted one moment twice, if ever you said: ‘You please me, happiness! Abide, moment!’ then you wanted everything to return!” - Friedrich Nietzsche

Interesting point.

Oh mother, I can feel the soil falling over my head… And as I climb into an empty bed, oh well, enough said… I know it’s over, still I cling, I don’t know where else I can go… Over…
