Protein intake is a complete joke and a farse

They are not fortunate enough to know or taught about higher consciousness functions and cosmic utilization of energy, they need food because their programming and upbringing has been that way, as do most people, however there are many who live and thrive without food who have gone beyond the (collective program) or with very little like I do. The point being, you can eat 5g and 50g protein a day, the body will still make the required adjustments from other elements and amino acids. Especially if your consciousness is highly developed and evolved to a point of higher realization thus function.

Most people will starve yes, especially with the false program imposed upon them, but that goes beyond the point, the point being that there is a big flaw in the system of nutrition, energy utilization and efficiency in the scientific world. In a land rich in clean air and wild pollen, a man can sustain himself indefinitely, as some yogis do who live out there. I have experience these things too.

Animals hibernate and fast for months without food during winter, we humans can do this too, but our distorted beliefs and programming we received from the world severs this innate truth, we have no knowing, no trust, no experience beyond our comfort zones and teachings. Many great prophets would fast without food or water for 40 days for total spiritual purification.

Yet science teaches us we will die after 3 days of no food or water, I have busted this myth many times myself.

We talk about a usual human paradigm.

Your experience invalidates the entire notion of protein, I appreciate that bold bending of reality to your will fellow traveler.

I mean, prison inmates can get jacked on inmate food... actually lifting matters more than protein intake, but why not optimize the diet for max results?  Protein tastes good, lean meat is easy to consume 50 grams of not counting whatever plant protein is eaten. I enjoy Sam's club canned chicken.. it's 80 grams of protein per can for 2.25 per can.. stupid cheap for what it is, and no nitrates added.

I'd say creatine usage benefits lifting the most without actually doing things like taking testosterone or steroids.

On another note, the signature in the post above mine is going to give me a seizure. LOL  I love the Majora's mask reference though.

Nutrition itself is totally misunderstood, let alone protein. I have experimented with every idea and diet possible and seen results even without diet. Universe simply does not work the way the modern medical and health industry thinks, its completely lacking in the quantum level. When the body is lacking it has the ability to simply create what it needs, it can use 2 elements to create a third, and in the correct state you can build muscle with an apple a day.

You must at least begin to consider to understand what divine intelligence and intelligent infinity actually means.

That's what we truly are and capable of embodying the fullness of at any given moment and become hyper-efficient organisms. Most people are only using 5 - 10% of their full DNA capacity. Imagine what 100% can do. I've experienced instantaneous healing on a few occasions and things I cannot even put into words while completely sober.

You don't have to believe or pay attention to any information out there, trust the body, trust the intelligence, trust who you are. In reality the more you consume physically, the slower you regenerate, the faster you decay.

Its the paradox again ^

@M A J I Nice insights , totally agree 👍

Sadhguru even says if you do certain type of Yoga you can reduce your input of energy from food to 30% and get 70% rest of energy from the elements: Sun, Water, Air, Soil, etc..

But yes, I have to agree @Schizophonia and @The Renaissance Man that indeed my goal is not bodybuilding just building some muscle mass but no goal of creating the typical gym stud body because it would be in opposition/counteract with my Yoga sadhana

If you think I'm skinny from my videos, you should have saw me 2-3 years ago. Then you will know what skinny is. 😂😂

Judging by Sadhguru's statue depiction, Shiva was pretty buff ;)

Yeah I know, don´t know how he did that lol. https://aiwalls.ai/lord-shiva-muscular-hd-wallpapers-2023/religious/lord-shiv

I just personally find it goes in opposition, since the more Yoga I do the less food I usually need, and the less food I usually eat the less point I see in lifting weights.

Overall I would say Hatha Yoga is a way to align the masculine and femenine energy, so trying to have more muscle than whatever one is built with, seems to be an over excess of masculine energy. So in summary basically I lift weights to create some controlled karma and buy me some more time 😂

Spiritual people tend to be too yin basic.

Even me, who is a cerebral ectomorph gemini, i'm sure I'm a range above masculinity than most men here from what i can see lol.

The best way to masculinize is not bodybuilding at all, it's passive and self-centered. Masculinity is about stopping considering oneself as the center of attention, the game to be regulated (imaginary of self, as Lacan would say) and displacing the libido on external signifiers.

@Javfly33 Osho is an example of direct masculine power. People with big focus on muscles and bodybuilding are mostly traumatized individuals playing out an ego-disorder. Not too much masculinity, rather distorted masculine energy, the energy is not circulating, so it becomes inflamed. Hence the inflamed muscles and lifestyle focus, yet very weak on the inside.

The strongest people I know are not always that muscular looking, true strength and masculine power comes from within, its the core / solar plexus, stability, discipline, willpower, focus ect.. which is the true source of power and masculinity. My childhood friends are all boxers, till this day they cannot match my power output. All they can do is lift heavier, yet almost everything else is just dead-weight. They are all aging, greying and decaying 4x faster.

The True warrior lives in the garden, and has evolved beyond such disorders.

Here’s the lowdown on protein for muscle growth:

80 grams a day is enough for anyone to grow plenty. Even 40-60 might support it but it damn well wouldn’t be optimal. But for maximum growth, assuming one is training in such a way to support it, this requires .8g per lb of lean body mass, assuming 4 feedings per day, in other words if you were 200lb at 20%bf that would be 160*.8=128, 128/4= 32g per meal 4x/d. And maintaining is way easier than maintaining; if someone is training decently well, there’s no reason to expect they’d lose muscle even with 50-80g protein per day, it’s just that they might gain .18 lb a month rather than the .25 lb they’d maybe get if they ate .8g / lb lbm daily.

Hello MAJI

I agree with you.

The knowledge you are imparting here is most likely too much for most of the forum, the world even

Most will want evidence, and they look to science.

I am not so sure anyone will agree with us, as the look externally for answers. It is all found within, but no one trusts this process....

@Natasha Tori Maru Yeah I understand and unfortunately that is the case. This is a pattern with the online world I see often, most will get to a point where they cannot expand past the (online/AI-program) and do not go into nature or themselves and develop deeper spiritual roots (so to speak), so they will never see past the program that has been installed within them because they rely on it for information, communication, knowledge and truth.

I used to use these forums and forums like these a lot, and it eventually comes to the same point where the understanding of nature and consciousness stops and you have to leave again, as did many good people who used these forums because they too saw the cycles and traps people are caught up in, and its never ending arguments that are between people who know the truth and those who only think they know.

Eventually we get to a point where the deepest truths can only be discovered internally, as you said.

Namaste ~

@M A J I

I thank you for your words MAJI, and your efforts.

You are trying to break the cycle.

Appreciate any lightbringer who is trying to elevate those still tumbling about before they find their way

Namaste :)
