I’m with you on this, but it is so damn tough to face the claims of vaccines killing millions (?) of people and causing this and that, and Bill Gates being behind it and crap like that from people I consider my heros. I don’t even know if I should go into that rabbit hole just to check their claims for myself.

Vaccines have been used for decades to prevent diseases. They cause mild side effect sometimes and serious ones rarely. Is it worth it? of course. They have been preventing serious diseases and save lives all this time, but people pay little to appreciate what they got until they lose it.

The thing is if Covid was more serious, like 10% mortality rate, People would have literally killed each other over getting it.

That doesn’t mean we should accept what he says on Covid, but he does have a position and he is willing to defend it with evidence rather than calling names.

You are engaging in a hardcore fanboying of RFK without actually checking out what evidence he provides for his claims and without evaluating how many right or wrong claims he makes.

The reason why you are doing that is because you like his anti-establishment approach. But you know that you can maintain your anti-establishment stance, without any need for endorsing all the wrong and retarded RFK claims, right?

Making a systemic change in the health department and destroying bad incentive structures is compatible with you acknowledgeing that RFK jr either makes a bunch of claims that he cant subtantiate or at worst he is outright wrong on a big set of things including vaccines, seed oil, AIDS, antidepressants, fluoride and the list goes on and on.

RFK brings a good paradigm - which is of holistic health, prevention over cure. The status quo so far has been focused on treating diseases rather than fostering health to prevent them. But RFK's trap is to not dismiss the gains and legitimacy of modern medicine all together or to undermine it.

Chronic diseases account for approx 90% of annul healthcare costs which is $4.1 trillion - thats $3.6 trillion. A lot of these are preventable through diet and lifestyle fixes. Imagine even a annual $1 trillion cut in expenses - thats better than what ''DOGE'' can achieve - not to mention the cascade of effects that has on productivity and happiness by having a clearer brain and energy to do things.

Even from a national security perspective - 77% of young Americans aged 17-24 are ineligible for military service, a significant portion disqualified due to fitness.

Regarding awakening (vertical-spiritual) and development (horizontal-material) - just because someone has experienced the absolute, or is aware of it - doesn't mean they have relative knowledge of the world. Even if they do, that doesn't mean they have it in all domains nor grasp all the intricacies involved.

I became aware of Mark Hyman a decade ago through Tyler and his book ultra mind solution really helped me on my health journey:

RFK speaking on God:

People don't always commit bad or cause it to come about due to a bad heart, but due to being wrong minded.

People make comments about prevention but most people dont give a fuck about it. Lack of prevention doesn't happen because people dont know how to do it, people know about the basic methods but they still dont do them.

Making a diet and lifestyle change is compatible with the current system right now and yet people dont do it. RFK wont suddenly solve that issue.

There is a big chunk of population that can’t afford healthy foods and thus has to eat garbage food to survive.

Just simple things such as taking out toxic food additives (e.g. colorings) that anyway are illegal in most of the world, would already be a big change.

Hopefully this will be one of the positive things RFK can do.

Do you think the main reason why people don't eat healthy food in general is because they cant afford it? I don't think so , but even If I grant you that premise thats going to be more of an economic issue.

Sure he can do that, but Im not sure what % of the health issues that will solve - I reject the premise that the main reason why people buy toxic food is because they cant afford more healthy food.

Let's contrast that with how an actual expert speaks about it. This isn't just another out of shape egg head. He applied his expertise directly with his power lifting career.

Healthy foods like whole grains and beans go a long way and are cheap and can be used to make a ton of dishes that taste really good, but they'd rather spend $25 on pizza. The REAL reason Americans eat like shit is because they're lazy, always taking the path of least resistance, and because they care more about instant gratification than health. This being the case, they rationalize it all away with "healthy food is too expensive".

You can make an extremely healthy meal that would last you all week for less than $20. I do a daily smoothie with all organic plant foods (spinach, banana, blueberries, date), fortified with ground flaxseed, chia seeds, turmeric, black pepper,  pumpkin seeds, walnuts. I haven't added the cost up but I'm sure it's less than 2 or 3 dollars a day, which could easily be offset by eliminating expenditure on bad habits such as blowing money on fast food and convenient stores, eating out, buying lotto tickets, coffees, soda, and dozens of other bad habits Americans partake in that they don't mind dispensing with their hard-earned cash.

They don't eat healthy because they don't give a fuck about it and they're too lazy to set it all up. My right wing sister is all of sudden worried about chemicals and ingredients in foods and she blames it all on corrupt food companies, big pharma, and the FDA. Interesting how she's just now concerned about it. I wonder if she might have been manipulated just like she was manipulated in 2020 when she all of sudden she was going to "save the children" from pedophiles. Now she's all of a sudden amped up about health... got it!

If truth is the guide, there's no need for ideology, right or left.

Maturity in discussion means the ability to separate ideas from identity so one can easily recognize new, irrefutable information as valid, and to fully integrate it into one’s perspective—even if it challenges deeply held beliefs. Both recognition and integration are crucial: the former acknowledges truth, while the latter ensures we are guided by it.

Proof that Leo has TDS.

Before RFK joined Trump: “Which is why I cannot endorse someone like RFK Jr even though I actually like him. It's sad because otherwise he has some very good ideas and I believe he is a good, decent person.”

After RFK joined Trump: “His mind is clearly unhinged and epistemically rotten… So you can see his mind bullshitting and squirming around like a slimey eel. That's how you know not to take him seriously. He feeds his mind with fringe garbage.“

"Not believing your own thoughts, you’re free from the primal desire: the thought that reality should be different than it is. You realise the wordless, the unthinkable. You understand that any mystery is only what you yourself have created. In fact, there’s no mystery. Everything is as clear as day. It’s simple, because there really isn’t anything. There’s only the story appearing now. And not even that.” — Byron Katie

There is no contradiction. His entire blog post literally explains that RFK is problematic because of the fringe garbage he fills his mind with despite being a good person.

The problem with most seed oils is not that they are unhealthy in their natural form, but the way they are produced.

They go through a chemical process under extremely high temperature, which makes them unhealthy and toxic.

Olive oil and coconut oil are cold-pressed, so they are much healthier.

And then there is animal lard, which is the most natural fat for a human.

Then you have people that are allergic to all plant oils but they can eat animal fat, or vice versa.

It's just too complicated.

Watch the video I posted from Layne Norton.

At the end of the day what matters are health outcomes. You can come up with mechanisms for literally any ingredient on the planet and create a narrative to make that ingredient appear unhealthy.

Our body has thousands of mechanisms working at once. When you replace other oils with seed oils, many studies show either inflammation levels remain the same, or go down. When you look at overall health outcomes, seed oils appear beneficial because they lower cardiac risks which account for a large percentage of health issues. Does that mean everyone needs to consume seed oils? No. It just means they aren't the devil. You cannot be reductionist and blame one class of foods for our health issues. Our overall diets are the issue. Quite frankly, we consume too many calories and calorie dense foods. Often, they are coupled with seed oils for convenience. We consume over 1000 more calories per day on average from a century ago. What do you expect?

Yes, but it's an example where exposure to new ideas produces a productive, self-fueled obsession. It was the same for me when I first started actively caring about my own health beyond the base level of merely staying alive. As you can imagine, my quality of life has been transformed now for many years. Similar to an RPG video game, the act of continuous self-improvement becomes gamified, and the desire to keep pushing flows naturally and easily.

If the right starts spreading this same mentality to the masses, that alone will account for radical changes in the nation's health. It'd be tough to knock them on that form of propaganda.

1) RFK joining Trump IS the best proof of his derangement. That's not a mistake. That's him showing his true colors, his corruption.

2) RFK's is a deceptive snake. It took me a long to time to see through his lies, delusions, and nice-guy facade. I had to do a lot of research into his positions because he lies about them. He even lied that he was never going to side with Trump.

Back then I believed that RFK was anti-Trump when he said so. But then I realized he is full of shit. And that's when I turned on him.

I turned on him not due to my inconsistency but his.

How about you look up RFK's past quotes about how bad Trump is?

If RFK has any integrity he would never have joined Trump's depraved campaign. That RFK supporters are okay with this reveals them to be corrupt fools who are incapable of thinking for themselves.

I called out RFK's dangerous ploys to help Trump win relection half a year ago. Only you RFK fans didn't listen to me, because you never cared about such things. Because you're just doing anti-mainstream group-think.

You’ve basically admitted that the only reason RFK changed from “a good, decent person” to “a deceptive snake” is because he supported Trump.

He said he was against him until it served his political goals. Notably trump is corrupt.
