One piece of awareness I can give to anyone on this planet is that this: Earth is like a hell that you don’t know you are in. I was watching some NDE video's recently, most all the ppl say they did not want to come back from what/where ever they were or what was happening in their Experience.. One guy with 4 kids whom he was very devoted too, said while he was having his NDE he didn't care about his 4 kids and wanted to stay in that experience of great Bliss, Love and Oneness... 

I think what happens here is all about Choice and Free Will combined with one's Consciousness/Awareness level, we are all capable of what the Great Sages/Mystics have Experienced, but we have Karma  to deal with and Desire too, so in the end its up to each of Us to choose what to do and how to BE within themselves, this sets up the foundation for no more birth/death/rebirth cycles to continue and to get out of this place that is at times not so healthy or great!

@Ishanga I agree. What I can say is that you can also tap into states of Devotion where even though you made it into the profound states of enlightenment you still have enough Love to devote yourself to helping anyone else who is still in the extremely limited states of consciousness. Such states can enable enough devotion to the well-being of the people in your reality to last 1000+ years. So even though the father in that account no longer cared much about his children, he must not have tapped as much into the devotion aspect of his true nature then he could have.

The ego/human does not decide when Mahasamadhi happens, so is not like me or anyone for that matter will decide on 'when to go'. 

Is not like pressing a button or snapping your fingers. It will happen when Life is ready, the fruit is ripe. For most will happen at moment of physical death of course. 

My post was a bit ironic, although the last two paragraphs were mostly true and @Water by the River agreed with me too: we come here talking about spirituality in a way as a distraction to avoid/slow down the process. 

 Whatever to scratch some time before the inevitable happens. 😂

Because, non duality meaning actually is there is no differences between sound of a and b. Moreover, it means only One, not two. 

Even saying "hi" is duality. Because h is different than i. 

Therefore, anything we write is not non duality. Because any word is created within the duality. 

Therefore, any conversation about non duality can not get you anywhere. You must be dropped and Be the Non Duality.
