Foods that after you eat them instantly you feel good

I've noticed most foods just have neutral effect, or negative effect which after eating them you feel shitty/mildly intoxicated.

In my case, these are the foods that even before digestion starts, for no reason I feel 'good':

  • Broccoli (lightly steamed)
  • Millet (a new discovery, my new favourite carbohydrate)
  • Fresh very sweet red/green Apples 
  • Dates

Which are yours? Lets see if get several repeated results,I bet fruit probably will be the common denominator.

That’s cool you’re able to spot the difference. I don’t really feel much difference between different foods, I suppose it’s because my baseline health is very good, good digestion and I eat healthy in general so I maintain a baseline level of feeling good (or neutral) all the time.

Usually eat them after a meal so that acidity is reduced a bit. Or drink a fruit juice (just a bit like half cup) with a meal. You shouldn't be eating early in the morning or bedtime though. It causes me acidity as well and that's why I eat with caution.

Potatoes from previous day. They are great for your gut. A healthy gut has a big impact on your mood for better or for worse.
