I’ve been in states where it stops completly, because the identity shifted from human to Divine one.  
 

it comes about as a result of mind training on Purpose aka Now.  
 

Until it happens naturally, I feel like the best thing to do is love yourself, enjoy your desires, try to optimize for maximum pleasure and lowest risk/discomfort and have an underlying intention throughout all experience to stay Conscious.

One of the most magnificent interactions in life is the amazing synergistic effect of Presence + Entheogenic Medicine.  
 

It’s a recipe for an enlightenment experience. 
 

It’s a short return back home. A visit to the eternal palace of heaven. How familiar and blissfull it is. The light of Heavens is bright but it comforts the eyes. The magnitude of it simply makes you feel wast. There is no fear.

I visited Leo’s blog today.

 

It seems to be a space filled mostly with judgment of others. It’s no surprise he feels trapped in a state of turmoil due to his health—he hasn’t realized that his physical health is merely a reflection of his inner world. A mind steeped in judgment and negativity inevitably manifests suffering.

 

It’s curious how someone who considers himself wise can overlook one of the core teachings of Jesus: to refrain from judgment. Does he not recognize the profound power of his own mind? Thoughts, whether acknowledged or not, always leave an imprint, shaping one’s reality on some level.

 

By fixating on judgment, concern, and external matters, Leo is making the dream psychologically real to himself. 
 

There appears to be little inner silence in his being—the very space where true Love and wisdom arise.

 

In essence, Leo operates in opposition to the principles of awakening and wisdom. Yet for this, I am grateful: his example serves as a reminder of the pitfalls to avoid. Observing the mistakes of others can be a valuable teacher, saving time and guiding us back to the path of Love and truth. Thank you, dear brother, for that lesson.

V. The Little Willingness

1 The holy instant is the result of your determination to be holy. It is the answer. The desire and the willingness to let it come precede its coming. He joins with you to make the holy instant far greater than you can understand. It is your realization that you need do so little that enables Him to give so much.

 

. You are still convinced that your understanding is a powerful contribution to the truth, and makes it what it is. Yet we have emphasized that you need understand nothing. Salvation is easy just because it asks nothing you cannot give right now. 
 

 

—- enlightenment is simple — stay with Spirit for longer and longer periods, don’t resist your desires, let them fall away naturally, forget all teachings, go above all concepts and awaken.

The end is near, or at least the end of an earthly life.  
 

i know that it I dedicate myself 100%, I can become a saint.  a Holly Man. Precisely because there is no man anylonger, only Spirit. 
 

the sacrifice to this state is what Jesus calls idols. They take place instead of God in our lives. We much choose — freedom of the body/mind or freedom of the Spirit?

currently I am doing what the body:mind mechanism desires before it can say - okay, I’ve had enough, I understand the consequences of an identity based on litleness, of deprivation, of effort, and the same kind of a life. 
 

i must now transform, by dissolving, into the Christ. 
 

such is the commitment. It has to be strong, but the strength come from the choice being obvious. It’s simply a very strong desire for something better.  
 

i cant waaait until I let it all go and experience the magnificence of God daily. Those times of solo retreats were the most blisfull and peaceful times of my life.  
 

I want to go back and stay. Just a little more, a few more games, and I’m going home. 
 

an interesting motivating factor to become still and silent is that women fall inlove with you. Men too, I guess.  
 

Eminating deep peace is soo inviting and confident and wise and healing.

Hm, so when you are in a state that I consider enlightenment - you can operate at the most basic level, like walking drinking eating, but more than that is outside of the range of possibilities. It just won’t happen. So I wonder what happens if you don’t have money and you’re there. I bet mystics would say this is where Faith comes in. Hmmmm. A gentle awakening is best.

I wonder what she means by lower-realm distraction. Probably what I assume - porn, internet, junk food, etc. Those things definitely reduce my frequency and mood, and that is the most important thing in the world, since frequency creates the world in front of me. Need to change things .

Activities I need to stop doing that lower my consciousness: 

-Prn/ - I feel an energy imbalance there - like it's overheating from a lot of energy. That energy has to be contained and re-distributed through other energy centers, which aligns them and makes me feel more bliss in every moment instead of having a peak experience and a low.

-Food - when I am in high states of consciousness, where I'm very intuitive and wise, I know how important food is - the highest vibration food is undoubtedly fruits, honey, and even rice and peanuts. The food I eat now is so dense. I doubt you can ascend to high levels with a dense, heavy body. Maybe that's one of the things David Hoffmeister needs to work on. Or not? Hmmm.. For one - I really dislike the smell of a body that eats meat and junk food. When you mostly eat fruits, nothing gets rotten inside of you, so when you fart it smells like a smoothie - no joke. lol. And it might also help me with my high testosterone - it's an ego flex that it's so high and the body is muscular, but it also means animalistic instincts, like procreation very much drive it, and it's hard to control. 

So fruit should help with that.  

Being judgmental has such a huge negative vibe effect. If you judge, you literally create that for yourself in your dreams because thoughts are creative, and the dream creates everything for you.

Also, in conversations, I can just feel what is the best vibing thought at that moment, so I choose that when I am conscious. 

Ou my God, it's so important to manage your internal state through aligning it with various high-frequency activities. Even crystals, interior design, pure air to breathe, and incense—all of these help increase your vibration and make you feel amazing, together with Presence, of course! 

People you hang around with - what you watch on youtube - all of these things influence your vibration and make it more like what you pay attention to - so from now on I only spend time with people like Anna Brown, well yeah, her mostly now. Want to bathe in her light. It's important to limit exposure to "Evil spirits" need to be wise about my location, surroundings, everything - because it can affect my emotional state and then the dream itself. 

Love Lisa's website too, if I have one in the future , I want it to be like this! so original and free and creative and unique and the blogs are so concise yet clear and helpful and you can feel the light coming through.

Hmmm, I feel like when a girl or a guy is consciously going the path of a Brahmachari, then he emanates a certain purity. I WANT THAT PURITY. I love it. It's what I love most about girls and people, I think. Not doing sexual things and not thinking about them is such a white, transcendental aura. That ENERGY can instead be retained and re-distributed throughout the body for healing and bliss. It's damaging to the psyche and psyche is what creates this dream - so that's soo dumb to do - stop it Edward boiii! Ok stopping. 

On the same topic, food is also very important to feel light and ascend into light. it has to be soo light so pure- just like all other things in your life. 

These things play a synergistic role, and all combined create something spectacular. Remember that time where I discovered my true voice, that inner voice of bliss, that eternally gentle and kind voice, which came about only when I aligned my energies very well - through walking, PERFECT DIET, NOOO SEXUAL THOUGHTS, NOO PORN, nooo video games, nooo online time at all, without spiritual teachings and writing things down for insights. And the upside is oo amazing, it literally transforms your into Looove. 

And most importantly - if I do this, this last thing, together with the ones above - I will demonstrate a high level of wisdom and love and beauty and enlightenment - BE PRESENT. forget it all . FLOW. enjoy. know that what you desire the most in existence is HERE AND NOW. and if you are pure in the mind and in the body, and you abstain, and you don't judge, and you stay PRESENT - then HEAVEN IS HERE AND NOW. just make this change and it all changes quickly and amazingly to a higher-realm experience. Still dremaing, but now a glorious dream, it might be simple but its effortless its full its divine. 

All of these things are a prescription for enlightenment and for my metamorphosis into a higher level of experience. I am close! Did it before for a bit but didn't understand the important of it and wasn't as mature and wise as now. Do it nowww. Change my life now. drastically .free. conscious. wealthy. healthy. pure. white. white white. space, kind, gentle, giving, abundant. I AM. My life purpose is being someone like Anna Brown, basically. She does everything I want and how I want it done. The whole format of her teaching and her vibe, how it's unique to her although echos the teachers of the past.

need to deepen my Faith in dreaming, still, as doubt kreeps in. Need to be clear on my life's purpose, then life will be clear and peaceful. 

it's all inside. it's all my psyche. make it pure. make it gentle. make it light. make it playful. make it smells nice. make it simple. make it divine.
