Can I live the life that I dream of

We are obviously flawed beings with limitations, we have built in features that are designed and built in for a reason. We have limited control of the greater sphere, outcomes etc... we have full control of our arms and legs, etc.... 

We in this "human" form have feelings sight, smell, hearing, taste, and touch. we also have inner desires that come up within us for one reason or another.

DESIRE.... a Lust for love, Success, Wealth, perfection etc....

We ALL have a Desire for someone, something, or outcome... and we dream of it, and we try in our physical capacities to achieve these desires so to speak in our limited physical form.

Example:  I dream of having a significant amount of wealth, my car/motorcycle collection to end all collections, a beautiful home in a beautiful neighbourhood

I see it, I visually see it, i often think about it, .... and in terms of execution as the limited beings do we or must we do something to make this dream reality in 3D real-time... what is the desire that becomes a dream that becomes a reality?

 

Does ego hold us back? 

it's obviously destined for the individual if they have a wanting of said type of lifestyle?

If you have a wish or dream you definitely have the potential and talent of achieving it within you.

The question then is only of how intensely do you want it.

If intense enough you can definitely reach it.

There is a distance from a potential or talent which is a possibility to it becoming a reality.

You must be willing to walk that distance.

And it all goes back to how intensely do you want it.

It's how thirsty are you for it.

To transcend the lower form of desire that is destructive and agonising. As god it’s boring if you have the answers to everything. Sometimes you need to intentionally have the wrong answer to reach the right answer once again. The right answer is god realisation, in my opinion. Also Leo said “this is the only game in town” referring to the fact that God realisation is the best and basically only thing worth while doing.

why would God create a finite self equip them with senses and feelings, emotions, desires etc... only for them to fall by the wayside? 

has God forgotten that he can change the dream and play within the dream he is dreaming? 

we are playing as an avatar in this dream to achieve something or else it wouldn't have been so....  although we have 0 control of the greater sphere we have to awaken in the dream to get to what it is we are dreaming of within this dream.... to unlock OUR dream within God's infinite dream.

You are not desiring the objects, you're desiring the feeling that you believe the object will provide. 

What you truly want is to experience the ultimate feeling of goodness and wellbeing. That ultimate feeling is God. 

Also you want your life to reflect the nature of God aswell. So you want health, you want no sense of lack on any level, abundance, loving relationships, fun and joy etc. 

Ultimatly you want to see God within and then God outside of you aswell. The good, the holy and the beautiful. Until the whole creation becomes like heaven on earth. 

That's the purpose of your desire. Embrace it. Let it find its fulfillment. It's God's fulfillment aswell through you. It's what you're here for as your life purpose.

Only broke people will try to tell you cars and houses and vacations and whatever else materialistic isn't good for you or are low consciousness desires. It doesn't matter what you desire as long as it's not to hurt people. The only difference with getting materialistic desires and to not get sucked into devilry and all the so-called bad things that can come with those things is to desire them from an already feeling of abundance. Desire them not to feel fulfilled because they won't. Do it from a place of knowing who you are and that you need nothing. You're here to express the love that you are and to experience this illusion however you please. 

Go ahead and dream of your luxury lifestyle if that's what you want. It won't make you happy and it won't fulfill you, but if you know you're already safe, loved, abundant and eternal, why not. People who say otherwise are just programmed to believe what they believe. Just like i am and everybody else. There are no right or wrongs when it comes to this. You're already free and liberated, no sense in doubling down by limiting yourself to what people think. Do what you want as long as you're not doing it from greed, envy, jealousy, hate, lack, etcetc.

Don't listen to the Spiritualists who are also chasing materialism. They chase enlightenment, they chase lessening their suffering, peace and a sense of fulfillment and well-being. Well, I have news for you, that's exactly what you're chasing too with material things. What's the difference. EVERYONE IS CHASING A FEELING. There's no difference. Like I said, as long as you're doing it from a place of love and are still kind, compassionate, caring and loving towards your fellow humans, you're fine. It's only delusional humans that sees the difference. There's none. They all want to seem so spiritual but check some of their hearts and it's rigid and filled with fear and contracted. Be what you want now, feel those feelings now and when you get your desires, they'll mean nothing in the end. So why not get what you want. It's all you anyway.

wow! thank you @Princess Arabia this was truly an explanation that allowed me to see what my desires do to me..... and i suppose you're right; its a feeling! its a vibe.

people chase things but never catch it... People want things (material things that give them a feeling) or they chase feelings but somehow never end up succeeding. 

it's all me anyway therefore it's for me because it is me.
