Yeah that's exactly it lol. I knew he would argue with the AI instead of self reflecting, when I've responded to him in the past and taken considerable effort to make him see another perspective which is usually met with argumentation. So I thought outsourcing it to AI might be fun.

I put in a few of my posts into AI and its actually a great tool to check your own blind spots and bias' but if you're too tied to your ideas then obviously AI will be quite threatening to you

I didn't argue with the AI. I called you out for not using your brain.

I actually agreed with the AI when it said that you should critically engage with the insights to make up your own mind. I called you out for not doing that!

@Consept Anyways, Trump won. So, joke's on you.

Why are you celebrating Trump's win? What's to celebrate about it?

Do you dissagree with the rest of it like this part - "This post reflects a strong anti-progressive stance, particularly in response to certain feminist critiques of masculinity. The writer's frustrations with "man-hating" rhetoric are evident, but the post is biased in its framing of the progressive movement as a whole. It tends to generalize and oversimplify complex issues related to gender, creating a polarized view of the debate. While it acknowledges a personal dislike of Trump, the post ultimately positions the defeat of the "SJWs" as a "win," focusing more on the ideological conflict than on any productive discussion about how to address the complexities of gender inequality and masculinity. The tone and language used make it clear that the author is more concerned with attacking progressive rhetoric than engaging in a nuanced discussion of these important issues."

Specifically this. Wise up bucko!

If truth is the guide, there's no need for ideology, right or left.

Maturity in discussion means the ability to separate ideas from identity so one can easily recognize new, irrefutable information as valid, and to fully integrate it into one’s perspective—even if it challenges deeply held beliefs. Both recognition and integration are crucial: the former acknowledges truth, while the latter ensures we are guided by it.

@Consept thought it would be funny to let AI think about what I'm saying instead of himself. I explained that the joke's on him, cuz Trump won!

I'm not any happier about it than you are. I'm offering an explanation, to help you understand it. Now, if you're going to troll me for doing that, the joke is on you, because Trump won.

@Joshe @Consept The important issue of this thread is that Trump won. And the reason is the progressive rhetoric.

You people think the rhetoric doesn't have consequences, right?! Turns out, it does.

haha... yeah, I was just entertaining myself.

Here's what the AI thinks of you:

I have it analyze my own thoughts all the time. I like how you can make it focus on specific points. I had it focus on maturity in my last post. It didn't want to do that at first. It tries hard to stay neutral and not offend.

Another member plugged one of my posts into it the other day and it responded that I'm likely biased against white men, which is funny, because I'm a white man. 😂

If we're being honest though, most of us here couldn't compete with an AI intellectually. Yeah, we can often make connections better than the AI but as far as analyzing those connections, AI can save us a lot of time there and show us things we might have missed, as well as help us better articulate a jumbled mess of intuitions. Some people think it will lead to cognitive decline but if you use it right, it can improve cognition.

Wow, I actually saw my personality written right before my eyes. It's like I was reading about my character. It was mostly on point. The only part was the critique without the consent. I don't need consent to be critiqued; but based on my comment, it appears that way so I get why it would say that. Overall, though, it was pretty accurate, I think. I dared you to and you showed me. It is fun and entertaining. Now I can't curse AI out too much cause it was pretty lenient with me and showed me mercy. Hehe

And to think, it picked up on all that just from a single paragraph.

We already know Trump won, and there are many factors as to why. Everything is connected. So yes, the rhetoric you're talking about did have an impact, but not as much as you think.

Also, you created this thread not to shine a light on said rhetoric, but to jab a stick in the sides of the people you hate. You aren't trying to get people to see anything. You're just getting off on attacking people who you think are in emotional distress. You think it's the perfect time to kick them... when they're down... and you get off on it. "ha ha"

@Joshe When you call someone out, it's a 'kind gesture' but when I call someone out, it's an 'attack'?! Not fair!!

The tone matters. Your tone is not of sober critique but of mocking.

Fox News host is going to be appointed the next Pentagon chief.

It just can’t get better than this. 😂

How is this post just me acting out my ego in the usual ways? Is this post just me venting and justifying my selfishness? Are the things you are posting in alignment with principles of higher consciousness and higher stages of ego development? Are you acting in a mature or immature way? Are you being selfish or selfless in your communication? Are you acting like a monkey or like a God-like being?

@Buck Edwards Alright, serious talk.

If your opponent is Donald Trump, you have no excuses for losing to him. This was the left's election to lose moreso than the right's election to win. Especially since you had 8 years of media-attention on the MAGA people to understand where they're coming from and what their genuine concerns are.

My analysis is that you people learned nothing from the loss in the 2016 elections and you doubled down on the exact mistakes you were making in terms of rhetoric. And this is what cost you the 2024 election.

Maybe I read you wrong but it seems like you enjoy rubbing it in the face of Trump-haters that he won. Is that not the case?

How much is it that you get off on rubbing it in vs you just wanting them to pay more attention to aspects of their thinking you think are flawed?

50-50?

This section of Actualized really needs more mods. So many stupid takes.

Honestly. It feels like since Trump won the election there's been a rise in low quality posts.
