Solipsism is so fucking profound man

But mind can appear as a brain imagining a self. So it’s true in the relative sense that the brain creates the self in the same way we can say there is gravity in relative sense. So I believe kinda

I would totally agree. There are laws inside the dream like gravity, materiality, brains with their wiring and chemical imbalances. All of that is imagined.

So ultimately really the duality Mind/Reality colapses and you are left with THIS.

In the Vast Expanse everything that arises is Lively Awakened Awareness.

Can spiritual practice help in seeing “this”?

@Sugarcoat If we could somehow take our eyeballs and turn them around and look at our own brains we would see we are not that. Since we are the experiencer not the experience of reality. You are also not in your eyeballs. Try to picture your eyes looking at your own brain, you are looking at yourself from your eyes, which is not you, and you are also looking at your brain which is not you. Where are you in this scenario?

Ultinately its about fully IMMERSING into Reality/Mind. Without thoughts.

Conceptual thinking constructs an illusion of solid objective reality.

You have to drop any holding back from experience, any mental barriers.

You have to feel fully the full qualia.

It's a short great video that should be enough to give you a taste of that immersion:

Maybe we’re not the brain but the brain creates experience of us. That’s why psychedelics through interaction in the brain can alter this self experience. This all being true in relative sense

@Sugarcoat Psychedelic showed me I don't have a brain. Its a first person simulation, objective reality only exists to first person experiencers. They showed me the void where I think my head is, is the edge of the universe.

If I am playing Skyrim VR and I am looking out the POV of my Skyrim characters eyes, the Skyrim character does not have a brain as I'm looking out of its POV.

If I point the pov of my Skyrim characters eyes to its own brain and asked myself where am I? The answer would be not here.

If I am talking to a merchant in Skyrim any emotion the Skyrim merchant has is perceived by me based on what he sounds like and seems to be expressing. The merchant in the game has no emotion outside of the POV  of my experience.

The self is like this. The self is looking into a simulation and when it takes the headset off its revealed to be nothing but also everything that was being experienced in the game of life. Without the self there is nothing and when the self is revealed to itself by metaphysically taking the headset off it is seen to be nothing.

Existence is Alone. Is One.

Experiences can be a lot, but only One Self and Existence exists.

Preach!

All levels of reality are valid. So you both do and do not have a brain, depending on which level you think about it.

Relative vs absolute or?

I like to think of reality as an infinite spectrum, with the absolute at both end, and the relative everything thing in between:

So at the lowest end of the spectrum everything is quanta.

Then the spectrum moves up into energy, sub atomic, atomic, molecular, cellular (hi my nerve cell) organic (hi my brain), animal, human, behavioral, archetypal, emotional, sociological, psychological, soulful, spiritual.

Then at the highest end of spectrum everything is divine consciousness.

Outside of both ends is nothingness. Within is everythingness.

This model works for me.

The divisions, like all divisions are arbitrary.

But that’s not what people mean by solipsism right. They don’t mean that oneness

Is tricky because other people exist as potentiality, if you look closely you do not have a direct perception of other people perception, just yours.

So 'other people' exist as imagination on your mind right now.

But since the imagination of your mind and the imagination of the universe is the same, the fact that you can imagine them means at one point Reality truly imagines them.

In other words @Javfly33 experience exists within your imagination or mind.

Is not that I am not real, but lets say my whole Life is still happening within your imagination/mind.

Your imagination does not reach only you logical mind, your imagination is limitless and knows no boundaries.

Yes I only have access to my own perception.

So you mean everything we can imagine, exists (aka reality imagines it)

If you can imagine me having a POV, it means Reality is able to 'truly' manifest that as a reality.

Make no mistake, even though I have a 'real POV', is still "You" doing the whole thing 'here'.
