@Nilsi You can put together a good enough outfit just from stuff you find in Uniqlo if you know what you're doing. You don't need to go anywhere special to get good looking clothes.

It's worth spending good money on jackets, shoes and maybe accessories. Anything else just buy cheap stuff that fits from Uniqlo or other similar stores.

I remember one summer afternoon, I was about to go for a walk around the neighborhood and I wanted to take my straw hat which I bought on Jamaica because I wanted the 360 sun protection, but I felt like it would look weird (I've only ever used it on vacation abroad). Then my brother said "why the fuck do you care?". So I wore my hat

I have recently seen a women pull this off with boots like this in rose color. She had a whole rose coat, scarf, hair color and even a rose hello kitty phone case. It all matched together pretty objectively. 

You might have adapt your whole outfit to your shoes or at least wear black and a piece that matches these shoes.
