  1. Why avoiding denatured foods? Due to cooking toxins such as Advanced glycation end products (AGEs), Acrylamide, Heterocyclic amines, Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, etc.?
  2. Why avoid Soy, Tofu? Agrotoxics?
  3. Why avoid Protein shakes? Heavy metals?
