Any Drugs for Sleep?

61 posts in this topic

High dose of magnesium and melatonin will help you sleep. Being very active in the day, exercising or tiring your body and mind out with active duties, trying to not be on the screens as much, blue-light severely disrupts melatonin and sleep hormone production. Sunlight is important, darkness is important, silence is important, fresh air and being closer to the ground is important. Those are somethings you can consider working on.
